Of all of the national chain pizzerias, the worst is Papa John’s, and depending on the store location, the best Teeter’s between Domino’s and Pizza Hut. Where I live, I have three dominoes locations to choose from pretty much equal distance to all three. The Westfield location is always fresh and consistent. Don’t get me wrong, you cannot compare these “ cardboard box pizzas” with your local mama and papa pizzerias. But when Domino’s is running their 50% off online ordering with all pizzas you definitely cannot beat that. Tonight I ordered a extra large Brooklyn style extravaganza specialty pizza for only $10.99. This would be close to a $30 pizza anywhere else. And again this location in Westfield always seems to have fresh ingredients and their pizza comes out tasting good. There have been plenty of Domino’s locations that I have had that I will never revisit.

I picked up my thin crust pizza and it was basically burnt & when I called back to let them know it was burnt. I was told to bring it back because he needs to see it. Mind you I drove & picked up the order so I refused to go back and bring him the pizza back just so he can see it. It tasted like burnt chips.

I went there earlier today for my birthday is today and I got the medium pepperoni pizza. I was gonna get the large pizza because I had only 20 bucks but this nice lady offered me a coupon which I placed my order for a brownie box which was $8.99. I don’t know what the lady’s name is but she’s very nice. I’d love to come again another time.

Since when do they charge for red crushed pepper? Kind of ridiculous if you ask me. 1 packet $0.85 on a $7.99 pizza… and the employee goes ya the owner started charging to offset the cost of payroll. ya makes sense. Hopefully dominoes corporate knocks some sense into this owner.

I placed an online order and ordered 2 orders chicken wings instead of one. I immediately called and the girl said she would take it off the bill. When we went to pick it up, we were still charged for both orders of wings. We were told they couldn’t give us a new receipt but they circled the wings and said it was taken off the bill. We also got none of the extra sauces we paid for. We were charged the full price. I emailed customer support and Ricardo emailed back they notified the store and someone would get back to me to give me the refund. That was 5/12/24. I emailed back 3 times since with no response. This is beyond upsetting

John, the manager (not sure if he is an owner?) is 90% of the reason that I return to this Domino’s location, if I’m in the mood for something they offer. He is a Super-nice man, and he really does care about making sure his customers are completely happy with their orders, and their experiences. We had a miscommunication several weeks ago, caused by the company’s website, and I was in a terrible mood after an awful work day. I was initially “combative,” and not giving John a chance to explain or correct the problem. He was so patient, and was trying hard to make me happy…and his efforts made all the difference! John is a good guy, and though I’m not a big fan of Domino’s pizza, I go there because it’s fast, relatively cheap, and mostly because I want to support John’s franchise. Thank you, John for making me leave your shop with a smile!!

If I could go lower, I would. Dominos removed hearty marinara from their menu option and didnt update “easy orders” saved on the pizza profile to use robust tomato sauce instead. I received a pizza with no sauce all because Dominos failed to properly highlight that an ingredient in my easy order was no longer available.
To make things worse, when I called the store to rectify the issue, the person who answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE and refused go give his name when asked, indicating to me that there was a complete lack of accountability. There was an utter lack of basic customer service skills and zero attempts to resolve the issue when Dominos states that the fastest route for a resolution is through the store.
I could’ve overlooked the situation if the worker’s attitude wasn’t so nasty and condescending.

I’ve always placed an order to this location, one evening I mistakenly placed one to a different store upon arriving in noticed my name wasn’t on the board. I explained the situation & the 2 gentlemen that was working that evening was very understanding. I told them my order and they were quick in making it. The scotch plains, Plainfield locations have either the worst service or quality. This one excels both! Very quick and friendly service. Big fan of dominoes for years, those 2 guys are one of the reason why i keep coming!

The new management at this Dominos is beyond AMAZING. I usually order twice a week for my business and trust me when I say this, but the food quality, quality control, and their approach to customer service is beyond. It is that noticeable that I had to emphasize it after ordering from this location for years now. Pizza was perfectly cooked, cheese was perfectly spread to the crust, and best of all, the side items were cooked to perfection. I will definitely keep ordering from this place and best of all, the new management makes your experience completely hassle-free. Keep it up the quality and service guys!!
