Placed order at 2:30. Took over 4 hours for a delivery only 1 mile away. Store did not pick up phone when I called them after 2 hours had passed to cancel.
Driver left the store at 5:10 according to the app and then proceeded to park at apartments down the street and stay there for almost an hour, then drove all over the place before finally driving to my location.
When he finally arrived around 6:40 Driver was rude, said it was not his problem, laughed about it and said I can just call the store because its not his problem. Called the store again multiple times, finally when they picked up they immediately hung up.
Food was ice cold and soggy as if it had been sitting out for a long time, disgusting and inedible.
Called back again and was hung up on. Have not been able to talk to anyone at the store regarding this and the driver or staff have not properly logged the delivery as having been delivered which prevents me from using the app to deal with this issue.
Worst store I have ever had to deal with, and based on other reviews here it seems these problems are common.

I received my order 96 Minutes after I placed it. I live less than a mile and a half away from the store. The order was received I checked my order with the driver and it’s nothing that I ordered. They said that’s all they had. I ordered two Iced Teas and two Sprites and instead was given two Cokes and two sprites. I ordered a medium pie with mushrooms and green peppers I received a medium plain pie, I ordered a Mediterranean sandwich, and it is burned significantly. This is the second time this has happened, I opened up a dispute last time, and I got a generic response. I do not want a generic response this time. I believe in supporting the local economy, that’s why i do delivery, and I was given two reasons in a row that i shouldn’t at this store. I want a refund not a generic email. Not a store credit, a refund. I tried to contact the store and it just rang and then it hung up did this several times throughout the 90 minutes I waited. There are too many red flags just in one single transaction.

Only come here for cheesy bread, the rest of the menu items is bad. Manager was pleasant. New York style pizza is a joke it’s like eating the cardboard box the pizza comes in. The wings terrible- boiled chewy textured mess.

Very under staff. When I came in the 1 employee was playing music from his phone on the store speaker that had explicit language and disregarded that fact that he had customers coming in and out of the store. The ingredients In the pizza once they were finished cooking had a foul smell to it and i will never order from this location again. This place used to great when it first opened but there there needs to be better management and a whole new staffing to get things back to the way it was originally

If you ask for a manager who speaks English I always get hung up on.

They put no effort making this pasta dish. They stacked every thing on top in layers and called it a day. The whole thing is dry. Never order pasta from this location again. Try the Scotchplains location they put effort and care.

Horrible waited over an hour and 30 min for our delivery only for my doorbell camera to watch the driver leave with my order. Drove up to the store and was told I had to wait for the driver to come back with our food . Asked 4 a refund and was told I had to wait because the delivery guy is the manager..
