I recently placed an order through the Domino’s Pizza mobile app, which indicated that my pizza was ready for pickup at 199 Littleton Rd, Parsipanny, NJ. However, when I arrived at the store, I was informed that the order was not ready and I ultimately had to wait approximately 30 additional minutes.
I brought this to the attention of an employee named Luis, explaining that the app had marked the order as ready. I was told that if the order was placed through the app, the store is not responsible for the timing reflected there. Additionally, I was told that if I was relying on the app that much, I should “pick up the pizza through the app,” which was confusing and did not address the issue. During this interaction, the employee also used inappropriate language toward me, which was unprofessional and unacceptable.
Customers rely on accurate order status updates to plan their pickup time. Clear communication and respectful customer service are essential for a positive experience. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers do not encounter the same situation.

Very Bad Experience – Do NOT Recommend
My friend ordered a few pizzas from this shop on Saturday, March 7, and it turned into a horrible experience. After eating the pizza, my kids, my friend’s kids, and another friend’s entire family all got food poisoning. Everyone was vomiting the whole night, and it took two full days to recover.
The hygiene standards at this place are extremely poor. The staff do not wear masks, do not use gloves, and overall appear highly unhygienic. Given the serious health issues we experienced, this is completely unacceptable.
This was a scary and painful experience for multiple families. Please do not eat from this shop if you care about your health.

Ordered through online and pizza was ready in less than 15 minutes but they missed the toppings I mentioned while ordering. Noticed after reaching home. Taste was below average. Would have given 5 if they have added the toppings correctly. Limited parking spaces available. I would not recommend this place.

Dominos sent the wrong pizza. We called and they told us they would send us the correct pizza. One hour later, no pizza. So I called again and they told me they only had one delivery guy and the new pizza was going to go out next and be here in 15 minutes. Never came. An hour later a colleague called and the woman said the pizza was on its way and it would be there in 5 minutes. Pizza never came. Another colleague called and talked to a man this time who apologized and said he’d send out another pizza. After 30 minutes we decided to ask for a refund. We’ve been calling for over an hour and they answer the phone and hang up when they know it’s us. I had to call Door Dash to process the refund.

Domino’s has done a good job of really increasing the quality of their pizza. Long gone are the days of cardboard pizza.

The pizza is delicious and the employees are clearly working hard! The store seems understaffed though and the one employee I saw was working during a very busy time and it must get stressful. I just hope they’re being treated fairly because they’re doing their best! Thanks for the pizza 🙂

I’ve never had domino’s and wanted to try them, and being a trucker in training I didn’t know the area very well. So I called in for delivery and gave exact location and land marks as well as the huge 18 wheeler that I’d be sitting in and was met with an attitude right before they hung up. I ended finding a better place anyways and probably won’t be visiting a domino’s in the future.

Do not order from this location. They delivered the wrong order and when I called to let them know, no one answered the phone. I called the next day and was told to call after 6 to speak w a manager. I called after 6 and was given the run around that the manager was not there. So they got money from my order and the other person’s order- without giving us any thing in return. The order was messed up early on when they marked it was put in the oven and then put for delivery 2 mins later, and then quality checked 5 mins after it was out for delivery. They are disorganized and thieves.

I’ve never dealt with such rude and unprofessional management. The lack of respect was unbelievable, and it felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than a priority. Accountability is nonexistent, and the attitude from the top makes it clear why service is so poor. Save your time and money.
