lol I still understand how this place is operational and who’s overseeing it. Like do you guys even break even ? Like it’s a known thing in linden that that dominos is garbage, I’m just really curious as to how they have a profitable business. Not to mention is dominos gonna just let these guys keep dragging its name in the dirt, I loved dominos but due to the fact I can only get this place to deliver.

They are not clean. No gloves used. I ordered online. The lady calls me to tell me they don’t have Philly steak. One of my pizza pie was not fully baked, I asked for 1/2 onion, chicken. And tomatoes. Instead they put it all over and didn’t add the onions. The pizza was oily and Raw dough. My second hand tossed pizza was cut into multiple squares instead of slices. I called multiple times to speak with manager but noone picks up. Their workers are not doing their jobs correct. The tracker said delivered and the guy got here 10 minutes after.

Worst place to order pizza from and it’s not one time, multiple times and the customer service is horrible. I ordered pizzas and a sandwich yesterday 8/2/24 right after 5 pm, food didn’t come until 732 PM. I understand, it was raining but no excuse. Then when driver call me around 720pm to let me know that he’s outside, he was at a wrong address then told me he’s sorry, he should be back in 5minutes, took him 10minutes. The cheese in the sandwich was burnt-out (black) and the pizzas were cold and over cook. The one in Roselle NJ is way better but every time I order at the one in Roselle they transfer my order to the one in Linden because I live in Linden. They need to close that store, worst pizza place ever.

I really wish I would have read the reviews before placing my first AND last order here. After calling 6x times I was finally able to get through to someone. My order said it was delivered an hour ago before I finally got to speak to someone since the workers kept hanging up. First a worker said that that the delivery guy is running late then the next person who I spoke to said my pizza was delivered. The pizza was NEVER delivered. The whole staff including the manager is incompetent. Throw the whole team away. I usually don’t escalate things but I definitely will try with this issue.

I ordered sausage pizza and spinach and feta cheesy bread. I hadn’t had Domino’s in many years, so I decided to get it on a whim. The cheesy bread was incredibly salty and burnt. The pizza had very little sausage on it and it was, you guessed it, burnt. Awful and regrettable experience.

Worst place to ever order from never have i gotten my food on time my food is always cold if I ever get my good at all they put that they complete the order an a hour later still no food. This is ridiculous and when you call they make up a stupid excuse. Getting 20% off my next order isn’t worth the frustration. This isn’t the first time this has happened either the other stores transfer my order to the linden store almost every time and this is what we deal with.

Took them an hour and 40 minutes to deliver one pizza. It arrived cold. I called several times and finally got a hold of a manager and of course she was rude. I should’ve read these reviews before placing this order. I asked her if she knew the status of my pizza and she replied with “we’re busy” and then hung up the phone. I asked the delivery driver about her and his response was “yes she gets like that.” Lol can’t make it up…. Save yourself time, effort and money and just go elsewhere.
