They lie about when their drivers leave the store to deliver so they can get good numbers with corporate. Employees are extremely rude and hang up the phone when they don’t feel like dealing with customer issues. Expect to wait 2 hours for a pizza when you live 5 mins away. If you will be eating here, walk in, watch them make it, and do takeout. Disgraceful business practice at this franchise. DELIVERY GUYS ARE ALL GREAT, ALWAYS FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AND WORTH TIPPING WELL! Store workers are a bunch of lazy slobs.

I love the garlic knots with five cheese dip. Unfortunately the two times I have gone to domino’s in the past few months the garlic knots didn’t have the sauce put on them. I called the store and let them know. Yes they redid the garlic knots properly the second time. Two days ago was the second time I got them in the past few months and when I called the lady was adamant that she made them and put the sauce on but was willing to redo the garlic knots. When I went to pick them up I showed her the picture of the garlic knots that I received and she still was adamant that she did them right. I was given the redone garlic knots and thankfully this time they were done right. I wasn’t happy about the customer service. The picture with the single garlic knot is what I originally received. The multiple garlic knots with sauce is the redone properly garlic knots

I ordered a pizza and added spinach on it. James started to deliver my pizza and realized there was no Spinach on it. So he decided to bring it back to the restaurant to have them remake me another pizza. It was super thoughtful. He could’ve just apologized or played it off Like it was there. James even knocked to let me know that he had arrived because it had taken a little longer.

This dominos used to be awesome, now, more often than not, the food quality is terrible. The last order we placed, was almost completely wrong. The pizza was supposed to be light sauce but instead had sauce oozing from under the cheese, we ordered bbq chicken and buffalo chicken, the ranch for the buffalo chicken was put on the bbq chicken which was for someone who hates ranch so that was wasted. The stuffed cheesy bread had no cheese inside or out. We wasted most of the order and customer service has yet to respond. Probably wont be ordering from them for a long while.

I’ve ordered from this Domino’s numerous times since moving to New Milford. Usually, I order off the Domino’s app and my orders have never taken more than 25 minutes. The food is always hot and the delivery drivers have always been pleasant.
I took away one star because I had one order that was missing items. Regardless, this is one of my go-to restaurants if I’m in the mood for cheap pizza and just “pigging-out.”

Ordered theough the app and when i went to chack the status i found out it was canceled. I called the number displayed and someone picked up and must have put the phone on teb counter becusse for the 5 mins i wsited before i hung up i heard people being asked if they are picking up but nobody ever came to the phone. I jsut want to know my money if refunded completely. This Domininos is the worst, never add the sauce i pay for, always take a while to deliver and employees are extremely unhappy and you can tell by how they dont care about the work they put out but its teh only Domino’s around. Ill try to call again but I would suggest just not doing business here.

Terrible !! Don’t waste your time or your money with this place. Gave this place a second chance and they can’t get your order correct. I don’t think they understand or know exactly what you are ordering. Had to drive all the way back after getting home and found the order not correct. The Manager could care less about customer service. They have lost my business for good.

830pm pick up pie. The cheese was noticeably spoiled and the staff was noticeably tired. Zero enthusiasm despite me leaving a rather generous tip.
