Horrible customer service and food. Ordered 3 cheesy bread from this place and all 3 looked like the pictures posted. No cheese in the middle which isnt that the main thing for a stuffed cheesy bread? Called and the girl we talked to was rude made us bring it back and gave attitude the whole time. When we got there and showed the man he was like thats how its supposed to be. I personally have always had cheese in the middle everyother place but maybe thats not what this establishment does. Like why am i wasting over $20 for something they clearly dont know how to make. No apology or refund just straight up trash that I had to throw away because he didnt care. I wouldnt suggest going here if you want good food. Find a different Domino’s that actually puts cheese in their cheesy bread. Oxford CT Domino’s always loads the cheese in the cheesy bread. If you look at the pictures how is that even cheesy bread? All 6 (3 original and 3 remakes) all came like that no cheese in the middle.

I am kind of big mad over something small but regardless it should have been told. #1 yall ever realize that we are getting screwed because we pay 6 dollars for delivery?! We all know that minimum wage is 16 so 16/6=2. Something so just 3 deliveries in 1 hour pays the driver yet they always want tips. Why dont you take your excess delivery fees and give that to the driver.
The other thing I would love to mention is that the wings no longer come with 1 blue cheese, you have to pay for it.

i ordered off the app and called in to ask if the driver could call me upon the arrival so my Dog doesn’t go insane at the door while trying to get my pizza so upon the driver Ali showing up i asked what the damage was Ali respinded with said you want 13 dollars back right yes that correct the total came to 26 and some change i was paying with a 50 he then continued to ask “No Tip” im sorry but 1 dont ask for a tip 2 I had already tipped you 3 do mr a favor and count me the rest of my change out he pushed me on my front porch tried to steal my pizza I had just paid for. I called the police he made up a story saying I was not trying to pay for the pizza but I had my 23 dollars in change. Make that make sense horrible experience.

Got delivery from here. Delivery driver didn’t read the delivery instructions. One of the pizzas I order was incorrect, so I called to get a refund for that one pizza. I was told to call back after 5:30, because a manager wasn’t there and they couldn’t refund until then. The person on the phone continuously tried to talk over me, and tried to give me a nonsense excuse as to why the pizza was the way it came, when in reality, they just didn’t read the instructions given by the customer. I’m extremely disappointed.

We have ordered here several times In the past without any issue. I know its not fancy pizza but the pizza was mushy this time. My kids actually spit it out and wouldn’t eat it, which in the past they always liked the pizza. I only ate the stuffed cheese bread and ended up getting violently ill overnight.

Food arrived ice cold. I live five minutes away. Pizza made wrong multiple times. Drivers don’t pay attention to directions and try to contact when strictly said leave at door do not notify.
