Had Dominies for the first time this week. I was pleasantly surprised. Pizza was pretty good and garlic bites were good. Didn’t eat in got takeout but it looked clean and organized. Would go again.

I decided to stop and get pizza after getting out of work for dinner. I had put my order in about an hour prior to leaving. The quickest pick up was around 445, which was fine. I had ordered two pizzas and stuffed cheesy bread for my family. I got there and needed to wait another 5-10 minutes. When my food was ready, instead of putting the dipping sauces in a little bag like they usually do, the employee pretty much tossed them on top of the boxes that were already slipping out of my arms. The employee also thought it was funny because he gave out a laugh. Sorry buddy it wasn’t funny. It was unprofessional. Instead of tossing the sauce cups on top of the boxes you could’ve put the sauces into a small bag before I even picked up my food considering you charge $1 and some change which is ridiculous for a small cup of dipping sauce. Also, the pizzas that I ordered the crust was burnt. Maybe it shouldn’t have stayed in for extra 5-10 minutes. The only thing that came out decent was the cheesy bread.

Will be reporting them to the Dept. of Health for unhygienic food practices. Driver walked in from outside and stated handling food from the oven without washing his hands. Left without food I was so disgusted. Additionally, the girl working lied to me. I was in my car waiting for the tracker to say the food was ready. Walked in when it changed and she hadn’t even finished prepping it. When I called her out on that, she got caught on her own lie. Shameful practices. Disgusting people.

The delivery service wasn’t great. I called the store to explain that the pizza arrived damaged. I kept trying to tell the store manager that the driver handed me the food in that condition, but he wasn’t listening. Not a great service to recommend.

Wife ordered pizzas online, which is fairly easy waiting for it to get delivered in the driver calls kept on saying 11 over and over and over I could barely understand what he was saying
Then I finally figured out that he was asking what building then I had to tell him 10 times what building it was
He was rude and he took the Lord’s name in vain. That’s unacceptable.
I will not be ordering from this location ever again. There’s some things I will put up with, but not taking the
Lord‘s name in vain.

This is not your USUAL Domino’s Experience. We put out order on online, we were greeted at the door by the friendly staff and our ordered we prepared perfectly! Make sure you check this place out!!!

If you want to eat cardboard pizza dough with no cheese, this is the perfect location for you. This is not an overreaction to one or two orders. This location has consistently gone cheap, refusing to put any cheese on any of their pizzas and blantently ripping off the customers. And it has been evident over a large sample size of orders.
You literally have to ask for “extra” cheese to get regular amount of cheese.
Try going to other locations at all cost….this location in Shelton should’ve never opened their business. HORRIBLE!!!
