I’ve been going to this Domino’s on and off for years, and unfortunately it’s been very hit or miss. More often than not, my order has been wrong, which has been frustrating.
During my most recent visit, my order was incorrect again — however, this time the experience was completely different because of one employee. There was a young woman working the register who was incredibly polite, patient, and professional. She clearly understood what I was explaining, listened without attitude, and communicated clearly while fixing the issue.
I later found out she was only 16, which honestly impressed me even more. Despite a long line and a busy environment, she handled herself with maturity and professionalism that I haven’t experienced here before. It was the first time I actually left this location satisfied.
Communication has been a consistent challenge at this store in the past, and it often leads to confusion and frustration for customers. This young employee showed how much of a difference clear communication and good customer service can make.
She deserves recognition. Because of her, I would actually return and hope she continues to be there.

Left me waiting 40 minutes after my food was done. Despite asking for my name, they did not put it on the status screen. I hadn’t done a walk in before so I didn’t know about that anyway. When finally talking to an employee again they told me I’m supposed to tell them when my food is ready. Yeah I won’t be back.

I am writing this review to express a significant concern regarding food handling practices observed during my recent visit.
I watched an employee preparing food, specifically handling pizza dough and toppings, without using gloves or any utensil (such as tongs or deli paper) to maintain a barrier between their bare hands and the ready-to-eat ingredients.
While I understand that certain tasks might not require gloves if proper handwashing procedures are strictly followed, the lack of a protective barrier or utensils for direct food contact is a serious hygiene risk and is highly concerning from a customer’s perspective. Given that this is a major, trusted brand, I expect the highest standards of food safety and hygiene to be visible and followed at all times.
This observation made me question the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards of the store. I strongly urge the management and corporate team to review and immediately enforce strict food handling policies, including the mandatory use of gloves or appropriate utensils when handling all ready-to-eat components.
Because of this hygiene lapse, I cannot, in good faith, recommend this location until these sanitation issues are visibly resolve

Stopped in for a quick pizza and was pleasantly surprised. I used the mobile app to order and was able to get a medium three topping pizza for ten bucks! I followed the pizza tracker to let me know when it was ready. The young man was cutting my pizza, meaning it just came out out of the oven and greeting me with a smile! I drove about eight minutes home and when I got home, the pizza was still nice and hot! Not only was it hot and presented nicely, There was a perfect ratio of toppings, Cheese and sauce. My Husband even ate a few slices and we really enjoyed it! Needless to say, we will be back! 🙂
Note – The parking lot where this Domino’s is located could really use some additional lighting. It’s in a sketchy looking area.

I had an 8-piece habanero wings delivered. Wings were very good with a perfect blend of sweet and spicy and Garlic Parm bites are always a must order for me thank you Domino’s. Delivery took a little longer than expected and food is a bit pricey but I still enjoyed my meal ☺️

Good deals except the delivery fee. When doing a pickup order the ppl inside lack customer service. If ordering a pizza with more then two toppings it is undercooked, this has happened a few times. The cheesy bread, lava cakes, and a simple pizza are their best items. If my kids didn’t like this place I wouldn’t order.

This zDomino’s Pizza location it pretty consistent. Consistently screwing up my orders, delivering cold food and taking forever to deliver no matter which day you order from them. Unfortunately the pizza in this area is sub par no matter where you order from. Maybe being a Nee Haven resident for most of my life has made me pa pizza snob but anyone who enjoys a good pizza and good service would agree with this.
