They delivered me the most delicious finger linking good food! Pizza was hot and on point, garlic bites were so fluffy and buttery, the cookie brownie was so soft hot and heavenly! The guy who delivered it was the kindest soul! Couldn’t ask for better service you all deserve a raise!

Every other time I come here they mess something on my order. I finally complained when my pizza was made completely wrong and I had to still make something for dinner. They said they couldn’t give me a redo unless i drove all the way back to get it and the only thing they could do for me for next time was a coupon but i would have to come back and ask for it. The manager had zero empathy for the fact that they messed my order up. Just went and asked for whatever coupon they put on my account and there’s nothing there! I will drive 30 mins in the opposite direction to the other closest dominos before i come back here.

There is a younger white gentleman that works there that is very unpleasant to deal with… To be quite honest I hate dealing with him but because I love that Domino’s I put up with it I wish they would just get rid of him his energy his attitude is absolutely not customer service driven and unfortunately this is my hometown Domino’s so I’m not going to stop shopping there I just wish they could find someone more equiped with better energy to handle the happiness pizza brings us

I ordered a pizza the other night and my husband went and picked it up. He was handed a pizza he brought it home. It was the wrong pizza… We called them up right away offered to bring the pizza back told them what we had originally ordered, (which in my app showed what I had ordered, )we went back picked up the correct pizza offering the wrong one back to which the guy replied “no can’t take it back” also, The man yelled at my husband. “Why did you take the other pizza “ to which my husband replied “ you handed me a pizza. I assumed it was the right one”. I Looked in my bank account the next day he charged me the $40 for the wrong order!!! I will never go to this place again.

The door for this Domino’s is to the right of the gas station. The gas station though is very friendly. The Domino’s is clean and efficient. When I arrived they were just taking out my last pizza. All three pizzas were fresh, hot, and very tasty. They also honored the online deal of 50% off that was currently going. And the workers were very friendly knowledgeable and conversational. We will be making the drive to this Domino’s again

WOW Even the manager said NO? They tell me 7 mile delivery RADIUS.. I’m 5 miles away exactly, 5.78 on the drive. My Daughter orders from this place and no issue? Slightly confused.. Either they are too lazy and don’t care or just can’t read a map.. Sad

The pizza has very low amount of veggie toppings the way we asked them to put it in. It’s ridiculous how stingy they are when it comes to putting the proper amount of toppings on the different pizzas at this point might as well order cheese. Norwich dominoes way better !!!!

Plainfield CT location, connected to the gas station. Let’s talk about it. First things first, I ate there today.. looks like they have a high turnover rate with employees… they usually know which order is mine when I come in because I order so much LOL. Food looks good from this Domino’s and it’s always hot. They send me freebies in My rewards often. The only complaint I have about this establishment is they never are able to accept my 100 dollar bills. Now I can understand if it was delivery because of the chances of robbery. But when I come to the store I expect them to be able to do it and not have to go to the gas station next door, etc . The message I get as a consumer is this is a poor man’s store LOL because they don’t want me to bring anything bigger than a $20 bill in. I’m not trying to compromise anyone’s safety. Just a topic that I thought could use some attention. Thanks, Chris
