If you order delivery prepare to wait at least an hour and even at that, it’s a coin toss as to whether or not the food is edible. Unfortunately it is the only pizza place with delivery in town and they can get busy, but I’ve also heard that they don’t pay drivers enough for the job to be worth it. When the food is good, it’s fine, but when it’s not it is either because the ingredients feel old and dry like they’ve been sitting out for too long or your food is straight-up overcooked. It doesn’t help that the food is cooked and then sits on a hood waiting 45 minutes for a driver to be available. I would say avoid if you can, but with it being the only delivery in Plainfield, I get it if you can’t.

They messed up my order for the second time this week and I’m calling them and I’ve been told by an automated voice that I’m first in line and they will be right with me for over 30 minutes !!!!!! I called at 10:20 pm and NO ONE came on all the way until closing time !!!!! How the heck can I be first in line for over 30 minutes ? Are they doing surgery over there or making freaking pizzas ? Well they sure as heck aren’t answering phones and my messed up pizza tells me they aren’t making pizzas either !!!!! WORSED SERVICE EVER !!!!!!

I called this Domino’s to place an order for pickup and was left on hold for 8 and a half minutes all the while being told “you are the next customer in line.” Finally I gave up and ordered online. The customer service here is lacking to a high degree. I ordered a gluten free cheese pizza and it was alright. The sauce was really acidic though, and gave me bad heartburn. It was okay for a pinch but I wouldn’t go back.

Google opening hours says that they close by midnight . I ordered online at 1046pm on December 8. They cancelled orders saying They stated they close by 11pm , and kitchen closes at 1045pm.
