Not one but both my two cheese breads were burnt though I told them it’s been happening and asked them to make sure it’s not burnt when I ordered. Then when I called to tell them and also ask for the sauce which I was not told they no longer come with and have to pay extra for which I expressed being Fine with paying had I known. I was put on hold and the manager answered the phone saying verbatim “I’m not going to help you.” If I could give them a -0 rating it would still not equal the service they gave. I called back to get the store number to put in a corporate complaint and found out they did not tell the manager because the real manager was a woman not the man who got on the phone and said he would not help. She was more professional and kind and sent out another cheesy bread which I was fine with at least one replaced out of the two. She said she’d take care of it but I do feel the level of unkindness and professionalism by the staff needs to be reported and the manager commended for her response that was corrective.

Wanted to give them a -0 review! Ordered 2 pizzas onl the app for delivery. One was with anchovies and olives. Delivery arrived, 1 pizza correct and the other just had olives. Called the store, employee told me it was impossible for me to have ordered anchovies because they haven’t had them in months and the app won’t let you select it! Rude uniformed kid.Hung up on me! I called back, even worst treatment by someone who claimed to be a district manager. Went to the store, gave them their ragity nasty pizzas and got my money back. HORRIBLE PLACE. Pizza isn’t good, it was just convenient. Now it’s a waste of time and money.Nasty food, nasty service! Stay away. You’ll be happy you did!

Ordered a pizza and bread bites. Pizza was phenomenal! Bread bites were so undercooked they were mushy and white. Called just to let them know cause if it were my place of business I’d want to know. I told them I didn’t want anything free I just wanted to make them aware. They said thanks I’ll let the chef know and hung up. Only reason it’s not a lower star is cause the pizza was good. I never leave reviews but that pissed me off.

Got a couple gift certificates and decided to see what this place is about. Haven’t really eaten here before. Ordered pizza and wings. As I’m waiting for my meal an elderly lady was ordering and didn’t have enough money to pay for it. The cashier actually offered to pay as this elderly lady tried to find money. I had 6 bucks left on my gift certificate so I gave it to the girl so she could pay for the ladies meal. Just warmed my heart. My daughter said the wings were ok even though they were small wings,but a good price. We got plain but they almost tasted like barbeque. The pizza was good but it was very greasy. No complaints. Was surprised that they had a good size menu. You can even get sandwiches,pasta, or dessert. Good for a on the go fast food place. Didn’t have to wait long

HORRIBLE “DISTRICT” MANAGER HORRIBE LADY OVER THE PHONE. WAS RUDE AND HOSTILE. LIED AND SAID IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO ORDER CERTAIN TOPPINGS ON APP AND HUNG UP ON MY SISTER. WHEN I ARRIVED ON SITE AFTER ORDERING THE SAME TOPPINGS AGAIN I WAS TOLD AGAIN ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO ORDER THOSE TOPPINGS YET SAW THE ORDER AS WE DID. WHEN I ASKED FOR REFUND DISTRICT MANAGER WHIM I DOUBT IS THE MANAGER EANTED TO ARGUE INSTEAD OF GIVE MY REFUND AND THREATENED TO CALL POLICE BECAUSE THATS WHAT WE DO WJEN ANGRY BLACK PEOPLE SHOW UP RIGHT? I INSISTED I EITHER GET MY ORDER OR MY REFUND AND AFTER 5 TIMES HE FINALLY GAVE REFUND. HORRIBLE STORE. HORRIBLE CREW. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO BETTER. Asked for extra bbq sauce on my pizza, because this location usually never puts enough. Took a few bites of my pizza and found barely any sauce on it. When I called to complain about the pizza the dude said that I didn’t even order one and then the next guy I talked to seemed not to care at all and said the only thing he could do was add $5 to my account. Now I’m not able to enjoy the food I payed for. If you’re looking for good food, don’t order from this location.

Ordered what is regularly priced at 19.00 a phillysteak handmade pan pizza. It had 3 pieces of meat, 5 pieces of mushroom, and a small amount of onion and pepper. This is ridiculous and no one wants to help when you call. This dominos was great 10 years ago, what a shame. Back in the day the owner was always present and keeping things in line. Now it’s a bunch of kids who really don’t care about quality apparently.
