So this location is just mid nothing exceptional. I have tried the 5 cheese buffalo mac and cheese from here for the first time and it was just sad, extremely dry and just disappointing, this is the 3rd time I have gotten the parmessan bread bites (my favorite menu item) and once again it is dry AGAIN, from other locations I always get it nice and moist with alot of garlic, parmessan and oil but here its dry and almost tasteless. The pizza was good and nicely baked (well done) and thats why I gave it 3 stars, JUST FOR THE PIZZA.

I placed an order using the Domino’s app. I mistakenly had an incorrect telephone number in my profile. I called the New London, CT store when my order didn’t arrive. I spoke with Scott (my driver). He explained that he tried to call me when he couldn’t get into the building. I was happy & appreciative that he redelivered my lunch. Thank you Scott!!

Does not comply with app settings ruder service from the manger refusing to call me even though it was there suggested to do so. Rude driver and made me come all the way to the store for a refund even though they did not need me to com in.

I really like Dominos pizza but I don’t like that they change the price. When I came with my sister they charged us 10 and something for a large pizza and then when I came again they charged us 18 or 19 for the same large one and pepperoni. I just want them to put a specific price because one gets confused and has little money or things like that.

I’ve been ordering from this Domino’s for more than three years now. This Domino’s is really great. The fact that they have a drive-through window is awesome and very convenient, The food is always really, really good, And the service is always very good. The staff are really kind here as well, And they have a good positive attitude.

Ordered pizza for delivery while I was on a work video call. Selected contactless delivery and leave the pizza at the door. I’ve done this probably once a month for the past I don’t know how many years.
The driver arrived and continuously called and beeped her horn. I texted her that I was on a call and could not answer and just to please follow the delivery directions. She came to my door and started banging on the door until I finally came to the door still on my call, and told me she could not leave the pizza, that I had to physically take it. Told her just leave the pizza or take it with her and she left with the pizza.
I called the manager who told me that they are not allowed to leave the pizza at the door. He also contactless delivery just means that I have to come outside and get the pizza but that no one “touches me”. What kind of touching do I get if I don’t select contact list delivery? Also I have attached a screenshot from where you order from the store where it says leave it at the door as an option.

Can you say bomb.com!!! Seriously the best dominoes pizza. Every time family comes over I get dominos and they all say the samething…”They don’t make it like this at the dominos we have!!!” And they will literally ask to get some more 2 days later cause they are still talking about how much better this one is there theres. I think this one deserves a award and should ne nationally acclaimed. I wouldn’t be suprised if this is one of the top rated Dominos in the U.S.
