My partner placed an order online today. The order specified for a medium handmade pan pizza well done with beef and banana peppers. Unfortunately, we received a medium handmade pan pizza well done with beef and pineapples! My husband was so disappointed as this is his pizza and he was very hungry. I called the restaurant and the representative on the phone told me to give him a moment to bring it to the attention of the manager. When he came back on the phone, he mentioned giving me a discount on a future order. I told him the only way he can make it right is if he sends the pizza done correctly. He said he would and would have a new pizza delivered in 25 minutes. It’s been 45 minutes and I’m still waiting for a call. We order regularly from here through the Dominos App.
Edit: After waiting for close to an hour, the pizza finally arrived, it was done correctly this time. I appreciate the staff for making it right. They kept us as loyal customers.

Worst Delivery they never deliver it in the correct location. I will never suggest this location . The driver with name sidique never deliver the food he had a very bad attitude and very rude i had requested him to deliver the food in the lobby (No other driver from the same location has this problem so store need to think about it )but every single time he had refused to deliver i tried to reach out the restaurant even the employees were replying so rude never recommend this to anybody.

Wish i could give this place zero stars. I ordered a pizza for delivery, my delivery who had my phone number in order to call and let me know when he was outside chose to friend request me on facebook. Extremely creepy as i am a very young woman. Not appropriate or excusable. Keep yourselves safe and do not order from here.

Ordered 3 pizzas online + delivery…. Was using online tracker… After 10 minutes the order said delivered. Called the store, they put me on hold for 10 minutes. Was waiting outside all these time. Finally after 15 minutes a driver called me and said he is on the way when I asked him what’s the whole thing with marking order as delivered if you are bo way near, he said they did it inside the store by mistake. No apology no nothing. Awful.

(Only gave 1 star because it doesn’t post a review without 1) DON’T order from here- especially for a delivery order- save your time, your money, and your sanity. 2nd time I’ve ordered and they mark the delivery as “on the way” then change it to “delivered” but there is no delivery and no driver ever shows up. I thought the first time was just a mistake but I should’ve took it for what it was. Because when you call, they make up things about waiting for 10 minutes, or say your phone number doesn’t work. Then when you prove them wrong, they continue to argue with you. So they know what they’re doing. They’re running scams and making people pay for food that they never receive. Finally, I got someone on the phone who seemed genuinely sorry for what was happening and then heard the “manager” screaming at him in the background for talking to me. This person took the phone from the one employee that was trying to help to tell me that the food was “on its way” (again) and hung up. People work too hard for their money to spend it in an establishment that treats their customers like that. And, if that ONE helpful employee reads this- thank you! And I hope you find a MUCH better job at an establishment that values their customers AND their employees.

Horrible, 2 hours to deliver food, they scam ubereats by marking the food delivered before they get here. Order might not even arrived as im on the phone with uber eats trying to get a refund because its still not delivered. I will never order from here again.

2. Order took 7 mins to order a pizza
3. Order was messed up when delivered.
4. Store was not compatible with domino’s app.
Update: I got through to the store the manager Saliah (or something) stated:
1. He cant refund me the difference for the missing items.
2. Told me to come down to the store for missing items.
3. Said he couldnt send a driver back

Always ordered from here never had a problem with them. Today I ordered a small pizza I ate one slice and then bit into my second and noticed I had a hair in it. Thought it was mine until I seen it was going through the whole pizza. Went there and they was laughing in my face like it was a joke. Im telling them im pregnant and they just want laugh at me for going off on them.

They skimped on green peppers? They are cheaper than pepperoni that was weird. Idk I mean the whole location is a turn off from all of the zombies outside. The lack of toppings that were paid for is even worse. I worked at a pizza place before and if I served what I was given to someone they would want a refund.
