Dont go here the one in vernon is much better. They definitely dont put any effort in and ive ordered from here multiple times. Take the extra time and go to the vernon location for a much better pizza.

Order a pizza from here and the vibe in this place is way off from the manager to the delivery drivers, but basically I ordered my food and. It was a bit cold but when the delivery driver came I was was trying to hurry up due to the rain and I literally was gonna tell him to hold on so I can get him a tip, I Ask if he had garlic butter sauce because I forgot to order it and he said yes” and I ask if I can have one?and he the replied No” as he was walking away! And I said why? He replied because you didn’t give me a tip and I said I was gonna give you a tip i just had to put my order down! So I called the store and some guy answered and stated he would get the manager! I was placed on hold for 17 1/2 min for the same person to come back and tell me he’s the manager and he not allowed to tell me the drivers name either. I asked what he names was and he stated it was James which is a lie! After I explained to him what happened he hung the phone up on me! I’ll never order there again! From the looks of it they to call corporate or something to have the checked out because people that deal with food and deliver food have to have a better attitude makes you feel uncomfortable for someone to have attitude delivering your food. It’s crazy. You can’t even know their name.

It’s sad when You have one bad apple to spoil the whole store. This is our local dominoes. We order pizza at least two times a week same pizza half mushroom half ham no cut. My son is nonverbal so he loves to cut the pizza when we bring it home, Even the manager Justin knows that. Seems like every time he’s not there. It’s an issue this time. I had to write a report about it. So we always order online wait until it’s in the oven to drive .6 miles away from our home to pick up the pizza in this case I had to wait the extra 35 minutes because the man who’s making the pizza made a mistake and cut it. It would have been fine if they would’ve told me and not just make me wait in limbo. Once the Second pizza was ready I expressed to the gentleman hey next time we’ll just take the cut pizza instead of just waiting an additional 30 minutes for you to make it again. The new young lady with glasses proceeds to push the pizza box in my hand and tell me get out. I told her I can tell Your new and I will be speaking to the manager about this, but my wife said go ahead and post it on Google. Train your staff to be courteous it goes a long way train your staff to read as well as making the pizza.

Usually good for quick and cheap but don’t recommend dinner time on a Friday. We lifted the topping because we are trying to find the sauce on the pizza. Very dry. Miss the garlic seasoning on the robust crust too . Maybe the garlic ran away with the sauce. Tastes like disappointment. Three stars cause I had it right on other nights. Don’t judge the pineapple.

Extremely disappointed! I ordered a pizza for my 4 year old, paid in advance just to have my order left on the front doorstep. No knock, no phone call, nothing. I have never ordered delivery from any place ever and had my food left on my steps but this is the SECOND time this Dominos location has left my food outside on the ground!! After waiting nearly an hour my little one and I decided to look outside and was saddened to see a skunk enjoying his pizza! Called them immediately and they didn’t handle the situation professionally and refused to refund me. Only offered to redeliver the following day considering the skunk being on my front porch all night.

This place has horrible customer service — the worst I’ve ever experienced. I placed an order, and it was delivered to the wrong location. When I called to get help, instead of actually trying to fix the problem or help a paying customer, I was put on hold and never answered.
Every time I called back after that, they hung up on me. That is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
This place clearly does not care about its customers at all. They seriously need new management, because if management can’t train staff to be polite, helpful, and respectful, then this business is trash. I will never order from here again.

So after placing my order online and them telling me it was ready waited in store for 15 minutes they told me lie after lie about my pizza then I hear I need a remake of my order ingredients I had to ask if they where remaking mine they said yes took over an hour to get one pizza never again will I give this location my business ended up getting a refund because the pizza came out completely burnt lumpy all over the place. Staff gave nothing but attitude close this location down.
