I ordered three large pizzas for delivery tonight when they arrived. They were completely overcooked. Totally dried out no cheese on them. It was just very disgusting. I ordered food and after over an hour of waiting it was still being prepared. My kids were starving so I called to make sure everything was okay. They answered and hung up. I called another two times and they hung up. I called again just asking if they are busy and if i should cancel my order. They started yelling at me and swearing. I asked for a cancel and she ignored me and kept yelling so I said I will come down so I can get my money back. She stated yes come down and I can met u outside and she hung up. I waited a few minutes and called back asking for my order to get cancelled, I asked for the manager and they stated their name was holly walsh the GM I stated politely that I called requesting my food to be cancelled and she stated you have called four times and we have 30 pizza order. I said okay I’m sorry but can I please cancel my order she started yelling and swearing and hung up. She never canceled my order and it was on preparing. And then 5 minutes later it stated it was going in the oven I called back and said I would like to cancel my order u just put it in the oven and I called multiple times to get it cancelled and she stated I don’t have time to cancel ur order but she stated okay I will. I asked for my money back and she hung up. I will never order from dominos again.

Mist of the time the food here is good. However I ordered the other night and everything was overcooked, dry and crunchy. We showed the delivery driver, he said someone would call me. No one ever did. I took one bite of this chicken parm sandwich. That’s all I needed. Overcooked and dry. But most of the time the food is great!

this Domino’s cannot deliver on time they are always late and the drivers always complain about about their personal lives to customers I had one driver complained so much about his personal life and why he was going to quit Domino’s while I was trying to get to a medical emergency for student at work.

This is one of the fastest, most consistent, and professional dominos franchises that I have ordered from. Even when there is the occasional mix up (we order some really weird pizza combos) they are always quick to make a correction and I usually get to keep the mistake as well. I frequently order from dominos I usually pre order online for later in the day that day. in this last year service and quality is improving every time. The young man making the food and who is sometimes my driver is always friendly, he’s on time and my food is always hot and made with care. They recently hired a lady driver I’ve never had until last weekend but, I’m glad I did . She was friendly, on time and you could tell she was happy doing her thing. I’ve had issues in the past years ago with orders under done and mistakes made but, they are stepping up and I think it’s important to acknowledge that. It doesn’t have to be perfect to be good. I think the inside of the store could use a consistent once over and slowly improve the atmosphere for patrons. I have really enjoyed the pan pizza lately and the bread twists with 5 cheese dip was excellent and of my new favorites.

First time going to this location, our pizza was overcooked. Second time going, thinking maybe if we try a different time of night that it’ll be better….ordered a chicken alfredo bread bowl and there was barely any pasta and barely any chicken. It was basically alfredo soup. Very disappointed and makes me not want to order from this dominos ever again 🙁
