I called specifically to ask if they had any bread bowls for the pasta dishes. Wasn’t an option online. They replied with “What do you want?”. I asked again, “Do you have any bread bowls. They replied again with the same question and not an answer. I order the pizza and a pasta in a bread bowl, confirming I wanted the garlic on the bowl. They replied that that is how it comes. When I picked up the order there was no bread bowl. They said it was being discontinued. I asked why they didn’t tell me that when I asked specifically over the phone. They played it off like no one there answered my call and they had no control over not having bread bowls when that was the entire point of me calling in the order.

So after working a long shift I had not eaten all day and just wanted some pizza. Placed the order at 545pm. Got there at 605pm and tracker said it was done. No pizza. A employee said “just a few minutes.” 630pm another employee said it “HADN’T BEEN PUT IN THE OVEN YET.” I asked for my money back after all this. I guess i will get it back in 5 days. Left at 635pm in the dark with a long commute home and still starving. At no point did they apologize or seem to acknowledge my time had any value. If you are reading this, I implore you avoid this place. For me, I will be encouraging my coworkers to avoid this place.

Ok, we have been loyal customers of this store for years. The delivery has always been late, but usually the food is what we ordered.
Tonight, we not only had to wait more than an hour from the time it left the oven till delivery, but the food wasn’t what we ordered. AND, the pizza was in a pile that resembled a Calzone when we got it.
We are DONE WITH THIS PLACE! Don’t eat here; you can do better just about anywhere else in Williston for the same money!
Ok, follow up August 22nd: we ordered a thin crust pizza with two toppings and paid the upgrade for a specialty pizza. We got the base pizza and no toppings! Then, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!
We then receive an email “that wasn’t what we expected, let’s make a deal for next time” who does that? This franchise should get shut down just for crappy customer service! THEY SUCK!
YOU CAN GET A FROZEN PIZZA AT HANNAFORD AND ADD YOUR OWN TOPPINGD AND IT WILL BE FASTER AND BETTER!

Pan pizza was cheesy. Very little sauce. Crust gets browned and tasty. Little greasy, but that’s because there’s so much cheese.
This space used to hold a locally-owned pizza shop, and I was bummed when it turned into a chain. But I have to say, it’s cleaner than Rocky’s ever was.
Has dine-in tables which I’ve never seen in a Dominos before.
Friendly efficient counter service.

This is their idea of sauce on hot wings. They weren’t hot at all, absolutely 1000% due to the lack of sauce. When you order wings from anywhere else (including other Dominos), you get wings drowning in sauce. Instead, here you get a rude woman that tells you, “I’m the one that prepared your food, and I know I put sauce on because I had to open a new bottle”. No willingness to even make a new order so I could exchange. I wasn’t even asking for a refund. I’m disputing the transaction and will no longer be ordering from any Dominos as a result. Good employees make good customer service people, this woman should not be employed here.

We get pizza from here 2-3 times a month and have never been disappointed. We always do pickup. And the order is very simple, usually one pizza from the menu, no adjustments. Just got the pan pizza today and it tasted great.
