I ordered the other day and when the driver showed up she was extremely rude because she couldn’t find my place and proceeded to complain to me about not being able to find my place. Tonight ordered and when my sub showed up it was burnt and not edible I’ll be bringing it to them tomorrow when they open. I will never order from this dominos again.

Awful experience….. We waited 40 mins pasted estimated time of the food being done… We didn’t complain. We understood it was busy and Friday… So we got the pizza and food no worries we understand….. We’ll we get it home and it’s not even the correct pizza. They even asked us if it was the steak and cheese pizza and we said yes that correct. So we took it home (30 minute drive) and it was the totally wrong pizza…nothing close to what we ordered. After waiting all thst time after I suspected the right pizza. I should have checked but after waiting 40 minutes past the estimated time of 31-41 minutes….i just wanted to get home….and eat… Then the lady at the counter was slightly rude. She said she knew for sure the pizza was not done. So we let her know the app said it was done. She then said “I can grantuee it’s not done”…. Then the guy cooking the pizzas asked the name and it was us…. It was the wrong pizza but still… She was kinda rude. Why would I use the app…. Or eat here if nothing is right…. According to the employee the apps wrong…. Well so was the pizza… After waiting 49 mins. Worst experience….again I was fin waiting. But then you get the pizza wrong… Then bad customer experience… I’ll just go to pizza hut for now on atleast in my experience they can get the order right and on time.. This pizza is not a steak and cheese clearly……….

I must say after not having Dominos for almost 2 decades I decided today ill try it,, i got a spinach feta with chicken and garlic topping. Im not even kidding, it was phenominal i mean from the crust to the toppings everything was superb. I cant believe ive been missing out for 20 years!!!!!!!

I ordered by phone and was given the time after order was verified back to me. Everything was great, I just felt awful because I only had 20s to pay the driver and order came to 30….I was going to give $5 tip…..the poor guy didn’t have change to give and handed me back a $20 back and told me he didn’t have it but he was covering it……that dude needs a serious shout out and hella great interaction….well played my friend….I did call and speak about it and have been assured he is getting his tip so…..that’s all that matters to me. Thank you Domino’s!!! ❤️

With the time it takes to make the order and it get delivered to my home which is less than 5 minutes away, the food is cold and have to use the microwave to heat it back up. my pizza got here and the bacon was burnt and not happy about it. Called the store and all that want to give a credit. Nor acceptable.

I ordered 2 pizzas online and app said it would be 63-73 minutes wait time. It was a Friday night so I figured they must be busy. I ordered at 5:44 pm. My daughter went to pick up the pizza at 7:00 pm and they tried to tell her I hadn’t ordered and gave her a different name that wasn’t mine. After I sent my daughter the email confirmation the lady said she found the ticket and would start making it soon…It’s now 7:10pm and the tracker still says it’s preparing my order!!! I will never make the mistake of ordering here again!!! I am visiting my grandchildren and thought we could have a special supper! By the time the pizza is ready they will be asleep for the night!!!

I placed a takeout oder a couple of weeks ago and the primary item was loaded chicken. When I got home and opened box it was just plain chicken nuggets. I called the store to inform them. The lady I spoke to never apologized. No offer made for a credit on a future order or my money back. She was rather rude and did not see any issues with getting my oder completely wrong.

One of the better Domino’s pizzas I’ve had in my life time. As a Domino’s lover often times you run into inconsistency with the quality of pizza. It is evident that this location takes pizza making seriously and it shows. I’d love to shake the hand of the person who made my pie.
