NEVER ORDER HERE I ordered my pizzas at 6:39PM EST and got them swiftly, unfortunately they were made wrong, I called and they said they would remake it free of charge, so they did, but never called us when the order was delivered, an animal or hell maybe even a delivery driver, got into the food and there were bites taken out of it, I called and complained again after finding it laying out on the porch like someone had thrown it, I have pictures of the bite marks, when I called they said they would remake it a 3rd time and that I would get a credit, I requested a full refund to my card and not a credit due to not wanting to order from there again and having it be a complete waste of money, I am waiting for the third delivery now almost two hours later, I demand a full refund to my debit card and not a credit. AS OF 9:22 they have canceled my order after stating they would send out replacement pizza’s again and that they were in the oven last time I spoke to the store. I never received my last batch of replacement food and the store has been actively hanging up on me as I have called them multiple times as you can see in the pictures. They have recognized my number and I believe they have ordered their staff not to answer it because they cannot provide me a straight answer to my questions. I want my refund in full and disciplinary action taken against the management that was on schedule tonight October 25th 2024

This location has always been consistently good. We get what we order, and the staff is pretty quick to greet and get our pick-up. I do wish there was a chair or 2 in the lobby, but i understand why they probably don’t have any.

Order a meatzza homemade pan pizza extra sauce & extra cheese.I was sent the worst pizza I have ever put in my mouth!! No sauce, very little cheese & under cooked when I asked for extra cook. The Clinton Street Domino’s in Bangor Me has become a place for terrible food & the female daytime manager is rude & ignorant. She doesn’t care if you complain, she does as she chooses! If you don’t fix this.. I will go to someone that appreciates my business !

Ordered a medium New York style crust pizza with Italian sausage and onion tonight as well as a marbled brownie 20 oz cherry Coke and cheddar bacon loaded tots. I can understand where it’s a concert night it taking 2 1/2 3 hours to get to us. But the lady knocked I was sleeping and my girlfriend couldn’t make it down because she had the baby so we assumed they would do the logical thing and leave it at our door. Nope our driver Samantha took off with our order and we never got it. Go outside it’s no where to be seen. The won’t answer the phones and the report an issue option isn’t working. 0/10

Foods okay, service is so terrible and always extremely slow when I get it delivered. When I go for pick up, employees dont even acknowledge you, are coughing and hacking all over your food. Best to go to the Domino’s on Stillwater if you can.

What a joke! What a group of rude, obnoxious people! I have never seen such unprofessional behavior and stupidity in all my life! They cannot get the order right and then hang up on me twice (two different people) when I called to explain and ask them to deliver the correct pizzas! Some ignorant girl actually said to me, “I don’t want to remake your pizzas!” What kind of people are these? Jeremy put the wrong toppings on the wrong crusts, ruining TWO pizzas!! How does he have a job? We are calling the franchise owner tomorrow to hopefully convince him/her to get rid of these employees! We also filed a complaint online. NO ONE should be treated this way! The ONLY reason my friend ordered from Domino’s is because the owner of Angelo’s is in Florida and on the rare occasion any of us order in, the owner personally makes our pizza. Domino’s is cheap and the people that work there are the same. Being a native New Yorker I KNOW good pizza. THIS IS GARBAGE and though that is what’s expected from a place like Domino’s the behavior of the people who work there is inexcusable! They don’t care about anything or anyone and it is amazing any of them get hired anywhere. I hope the franchise owner listens to the three of us and hires a new staff of friendly, professional people with some level of intelligence. EVERYONE was greatly disappointed. The poor kids. I hate tears and truly hate Domino’s. We all do. Just an aside, a new pizza, one out of two, was replaced because my friend (the one who ordered) called and the snippy girl did not know we were the same group of people. The new pizza was not round, thin as a cracker – NOT NY PIZZA or even what THEY THINK NY pizza should be, NOT Brooklyn crust as was ordered (THAT is quite a joke, in itself), and one slice was incomplete as if a bite had been taken out of it (see photo). No one ate it. NEVER EVER AGAIN will any of us order from Domino’s ! HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY! SO glad to be leaving this state for good! Such low class! How horrendous and thoroughly unacceptable on so many levels! NO ONE should have to deal with such insufferable people. This had to be the worst experience we have ever had having lived all over the US and in London. What a disgrace! Any intelligent person would be insulted by these people with zero integrity or kindness. Save your time and money and do not give this franchise your business!
