Pizza was good the first time I ordered. The 2nd time I paid $30 for a pizza and had 0 clue where it was left. The driver called me to tell me the location, and when I checked, it was not there. I called back multiple times for clarity on where it was. He’d answer, say nothing, and hang up. Judging by others reviews, if you’re gonna eat at this store DEFINITELY do it in person!

If i could give 0 stars i would. food took over 2 hours to deliver, also was cold when it arrived to me. They did not put sauce is any of the pasta dishes, and the chicken had rubber in it.

Always a winner and even better when they have the deal specials.
We ordered 2 specialty 12-inch pies online at 4:02 and they were ready at 4:15 for pickup.
No one else does that anywhere and both were excellent.
Staff is always friendly when you arrive for pickup and $21 for both with a donation to St. Jude cannot be beat for quality and price point.

Got delivery and after waiting an hour and a half on a Tuesday night, one of my pizza boxes had been opened. The seal was broken. I took a picture but I don’t know how to attach it to the review. I don’t usually get delivery, so I’m not really sure how to feel about any of this. But they seal the boxes for a reason

This store is notoriously bad, but the delivery is worse.
Any time I order from them past dark the drivers follow the gps which brings them up the street somewhere.
Instead of reading numbers and understanding basic math they always have to call me to figure out that my house is in the lower direction than where theyre at.
They dont even understand that odds are on one side and evens are on the other.
This last delivery the guy didnt even bother calling or checking that he was at the proper house, he just left it on someones porch up the street and im sitting here waiting ten minutes after tracker is telling me its delivered.
So i had to walk up the street searching porches for my order.
Pretty ridiculous if you cant even hire people that know how to read or how street numbers are odds on one side and evens on the other starting on one end low and going up from there.
This society is doomed.

Just went through another debacle with this store and its driver.
1 hour delivery…i live 3 mins away, got a delivery complete on the tracker half hour after I ordered….looked out front…..Nothing there……another half hour goes by and i have given up and i go to bed…get a call , its some guy saying…Dominos….then my house number….i hear something out front so i go look….he threw the box on the porch and just dropped the soda on top of it crushing the entire thing….whole pizza stuck to the lid….box collapsed.
How do you guys remain in business?

If you thinking about ordering delivery from Domino’s South Portland just think about it this this was my order today. This is how I received it. The pizza was very very cold. I reach out to the store manager, and he hanged up on me every time I call again he told his employee to hang up on me. I don’t know what to do. I’m looking for the corporate number. This is the worst service ever I’m never going back telling my family and friend to never go there the way they talk to me when I was ordering the way they deliver my food. Everything was odd. I don’t feel comfortable. I didn’t eat my food. I spend money on that. I tipped well just as a warning for anybody else out there.

This is a good domino’s location. It would get 5 stars, but about once every 5 orders or so, there is confusion where my app says it is ready, but when I arrive there are only some pizzas ready, and it takes another 30 mins (over 1 hr from ordering time) for it to come out right. Staff seems incapable of dealing with issues like this. I blame Dominos corporate.

Usually my experience with this business has been positive for the most part. I enjoy the fact that the wait times for carry-out are always very reasonable. But be careful what you wish for… this last time I called and ordered a chicken Alfredo bread bowl with extra chicken and extra alfreado sauce, as this is 99% the only thing I ever order.
This time I picked up my ordered and left to go to work 10 mins away. I still had time before my shift started so I opened up my box to start enjoying my dinner.
Some of the chicken was still a little cold, and alot of the dough for the bread bowl wasn’t even cooked (see photos). I called to complain and was immediately given an attitude by the person I spoke with, who claimed I had previously complained about a pizza I ordered there (I never order pizza…EVER). I spoke calmly as I was badgered by the employee or manager I was speaking to. Then was told they could give me a credit for the same thing in the future or I could come in and get my money back.
I obviously didn’t have time to go back as my shift was about to start and I would be busy for the next 10 hrs. So I went the rest of the night without eating and trying to get the taste of raw dough out of my mouth.
Very disappointed in the quality of the food this time but what upsets me more is the way I was treated when I called to bring the issue to their attention.
I order from this place at least 3 or 4 times a week…. well this encounter has definitely changed my mind and I’m not sure I want to give this Domino’s my business anymore.

I ordered online delivery from these people last night. I got 2 pizzas, some wings and the garlic bread balls they got. the delivery tracker barely worked and when the driver showed up to my apartment building, she barely said anything into the speaker when I was trying to see who it was, I had to go down and see who it was and usually the delivery driver is standing there waiting to give me my order but this time the food was on the ground with the receipt in one of the boxes and the driver was sitting in her white kia staring at me. After i brought the food back upstairs the slices were so uneven they were all different sizes and super hard to pull apart. the sauce i got for the wings was mostly on the box rather than the wings itself. the food still tasted good but delivery service and presentation was horrible.
