Ordered around 5:30 and watched the app progress. Out for delivery, makerked complete 6:20. 6:45 rolls around, I call the store and get busy signal immediately all 5 calls. I get in the truck and arrive to the store 7:15. Everyone’s lost, they cant contact the driver.
This is where the story gets neat. When I drove up, there were two teens outside on their phone. I called the store while standing there and got a busy signal, no employees on the phone. Some clearly under the influence, middle-aged woman comes in from delivery. She hears the complaint, and unforwards the call-back from the phone and walks away from me… Ok. Got my money back. Got back to the house where the delivery driver threw my order on the ground; the pizzas have 1/2 cheese when I ordered extra. Glad I got my money back.
This place is doomed. Don’t order here.

Yall need to check in on your delivery drivers, i swear 90% of the time i get deliveries I can watch the tracker I’ve seen them hanging out in a random area for an hour before they finally deliver my food. The food gets here just as cold as you would expect food to be when it was finished an hour earlier. Open up to doordash or stop offering really bad delivery services. I’ve tried calling to tell the store and the lady on the phone just gets angry and acts like its completely normal for a delivery to take an hour.

Order pepperoni w/ extra cheese. Got home with a just Cheese pizza. I called an was told maybe the pepperoni was under the cheese. Which it was clearly not. If I came back in from Cooks Corner,they would give me the right pizza. So I guess I eat a boring cheese pizza. No offer to delivery my pizza,when it was your mistake.

Standing here waiting for my food and a lady that was cutting the pizzas was cussing and sweating slamming and banging, yelling at other employees. I feel bad for the kids she was yelling at. If you can’t keep the stress down you shouldn’t be working on a stressful place, also the cashier was handling cash and food without washing her hands. Gross!

The workers here were outright completely rude to me and my sister. They ignored both of us to our face multiple times and when my sister corrected one man on how to say her name he went “yea okay whatever thats the same thing.” I like domino’s food but I definitely wont be coming to this location again. The staff are so mean! We ordered one item and it took 20 minutes. Tell your employees to be nice to people its basic human decency!

If you can get someone who actually reads and follows the special requests for things like “NO GARLIC” the food is pretty good. Unfortunately 8 out of 10 times they get it wrong. As a person with food allergies I dislike having to suffer because they are in too much of a rush to really pay attention. I have ordered both on the website and over the phone…doesn’t seem to matter.

Placed an online order gave a generous tip as well just to wait over two hours for my delivery not only after waiting a hour tried to call the number and after waiting on hold two different times they pulled their phone off the hook . This place and management has been a joke for the last couple of years ! Can’t even cancel my online order because they can’t answer their phone !
