Well no longer will be ordering dominos weekly. past few orders have been ehhh, but tonight telling me have to pay using a card. sorry but I dont use cards for phone or online ordering for anyplace as tired of my card number having to be replaced. I have been paying cash and cash tip for my orders for a long time now. Guessing you rather having your credit card fees and a lost customer. Other places still like cash.

I do t normally complain but I’ve had this happen often. I typically order pizza from dominos with extra cheese and extra sauce because if I don’t there is barely either of the two on the pizza and it’s just not good. I pay the extra money to ensure it’s made the way I want it.
This has happened more that once, I ordered extra cheese on a plain cheese pizza and the cheese doesn’t even reach to the crust. There’s a solid inch and a half around the pizza with absolutely no cheese. I’m pretty upset as I paid extra to ensure this didn’t happen (honestly, I shouldn’t have to pay extra to make sure this doesn’t happen anyway, but I did) and am left completely disappointed. I

Recently ordered pizza from this place for pickup, I accidentally ordered a hand tossed instead of a pan pizza (i love the pan pizza and dont so much love the hand tossed) when I reached the drive through window and was handed a different box than than I expected, they offered to remake the pizza. It was my mistake from clicking the wrong button online. Excellent service, good people.

Anytime I’ve ever ordered from here I have a wonderful experience each time. From the staff, to the delivery drivers and the food, it’s always fantastic. Your team is very patient & pleasant, as well as the gentleman that delivered to me; He’s delivered to me a time or two and each time he’s been wonderful. This particular evening my toddler had some extra energy to burn off, so I had my hands full. I’m not sure how long I kept him waiting outside on my porch but I felt horrible! When I opened the door and apologized he was nothing but smiles and kindness, and incredibly understanding.
