Love dominos once every 8.2 months. Any more than that, good luck to your lipid panel. Our order was delivered pretty quickly which was great. They did however mix up which pizza had the extra cheese. That homemade pan must’ve weighed 8 pounds of pure lactose intolerance. Was it great, no. Will I order it again in 8.2 months? Absolutely

Out of all of the times ive ordered a pizza from a Dominos, this one was the best I’ve had! I got a xl bbq chicken pizza i requested it to be made well done and it came out perfectly! Just the right amount of crunch to fluff texture in the dough. Good balance of sauce and ingredients! Im honestly impressed lol Dominos at this location stepped up their pizza game hardcore lol nice work this will be my go to Dominos location from now on! I order from this Domino’s regularly, and time after time, they deliver an outstanding experience. The food is consistently prepared with care—fresh, accurate, and exactly as expected. Domino’s is my favorite budget pizza, but this location has serious staffing issues. I’m still waiting 40 minutes later for a pizza I ordered online with an estimated pickup of 17 minutes. There’s one poor guy handling everything and simply can’t keep up with the workload. Management needs to hire more. This is the second time in about a year this has happened to me. I definitely won’t be ordering from this location again.

Domino’s has seriously stepped up their game! The signature cheese pizza and BBQ Chicken pizzas with the Parmesan stuffed crust are absolutely delicious — you can really taste the difference with their revamped menu and upgraded ingredients. The quality and consistency have improved so much that it’s now a go-to staple for great pizza nights. Plus, their rewards program is totally worth joining for the deals and freebies. If you haven’t given Domino’s a try lately, it’s time — you’ll be impressed!

My kids had a good time eating here. They devoured their pizza and my daughter enjoyed the free Wifi. I’m not a big fan of pizza but I liked Domino’s. The spices on the crust I liked. My friend, she liked the pizza but was disappointed by the lack of selection of drinks.
I ordered online and the pizza was ready when we arrived. Very friendly service! When I asked for paper plates we were given more than we needed.
The bathroom was in good condition. Inside was kept up.
Update: June 2024; All sorts of deals through the app! We had grilled chicken on one pizza and my finicky daughter liked it! NY style has six slices but the pizza isn’t any bigger.
Update: January 2026; You can still get good deals through the app. You can order how much of an ingredient you want. My kids still devour the pizza here.

Website and app have errored out 4 times in a row. Don’t bother with companies that can’t maintain proper infrastructure. Bad customer experience. Corporate should work on this or expect checking of other locations in the area.

We placed scheduled order for delivery a couple of days before our son’s bday party. Because it was for a party, it was a large order (15+ pizzas). The day before the party we checked the weather (it was an outdoor party) and saw that it was going to rain, so we delayed the party by a couple of hours to after the rain was supposed to pass. We called the Amherst St store the evening before to reschedule the delivery time and the person we spoke to was very friendly and said they took care of it, that the order would be delivered at the new time.
Well, you can probably guess that the order was was delivered at the original time. Well before the party began. When we started to receive the notifications that the order was being prepped, was in the oven, etc. we called and let them know that it was supposed to be rescheduled for later. The person we spoke to apologized but said that our order was still setup for delivery at the original time but that they’d ask the delivery driver to come back to the store and they’d bring the pizzas again at the correct time.
By the time they called the delivery driver it was too late and the pizzas were already dropped off (we weren’t at the party location at the time of delivery otherwise we wouldn’t have accepted the pizzas). We tried calling the store to let them know about it, and that we’d just reheat the pizzas and not to bring another order later. But when we called they hung up on us before they even answered our call. We never got a call back. They didn’t deliver more pizzas at the correct time. Just ignored us and didn’t even offer us a coupon or anything.
We had no choice but to serve cold pizza to our guests… we reheated some of them but we only had one oven and our guests were too hungry to wait.
So, long story short, if you’re going to order at the Amherst St location, don’t expect anyone to actually help you or do anything to make it right when something goes wrong.

Honestly it had been a long time since visiting Domino’s but am working on my pizza review numbers and decided to revisit. Ordered thru the app which was easy and it was nice to have the pay in cash option, kind of rare, also found the delivery status tracker right on which was nice as I was waiting in my car. Anyway I tried the new hand tosses dough as it was flagged on the app, and I am not going to lie the dough was better than Zacharias in Pepperell, loved the cornmeal finish, but if I am being honest the yeast needs more time to develop to compete with the top tier mom and pop shops. All said at the end of the day I enjoyed my meal and will probably visit more often than in the past, the quality has improved and I will continue to watch for that commitment, because respectfully so many others are going the other way, way to be Domino’s – it’s amazing what a near death experience will do for yah, just don’t forget because it matters

Definitely is a great spot to grab a bite to eat! The staff is incredible and the food they put out is amazingly good. I’d recommend this location to anyone anytime without a doubt in my mind. I’m sure you’d agree too once you stopped by here!
