Placed and order for delivery and the whole order was wrong. The small pizza came in as shown in the picture all messed up. We had someone who is vegetarian and had to figure out something else as the order came in wrong.

I consistently have an amazing experience at this Domino’s location, and a huge part of that is because of Tajanee Jean.
She is always professional, friendly, and extremely hardworking. Whether it’s handling busy rush hours, making sure orders are accurate, or going out of her way to treat customers with respect, she truly stands out. You can tell she takes pride in her work and helps keep the store running smoothly.
What really impressed me is how she naturally takes leadership, helping coworkers, staying calm under pressure, and making sure customers leave happy. She represents the Domino’s brand so well and absolutely deserves recognition.
Management is lucky to have her and she would make an excellent manager!

Forgot my lava cakes and on reorder I received my lava cake like someone smashed it up with a fork, with another closed fork inside the lava cake box. Would not give me a refund just for the lava cake because they would have to “refund the entire order”. Offered store credit but why would I ever order from them again? I’ve ordered so many times from Domino’s but I will never do it again.

Dominos tracker said it was ready but when I go into the store and they said it wasn’t done yet. They forgot my sauce, and our pizzas weren’t cut all the way through. Not great, will avoid this location in the future

Even after reading the bad reviews, I still wanted to see for myself. The food doesn’t taste bad but, I got a hand tossed medium pizza and you would have thought I ordered a thin crust pizza. There was barely any crust and it was crunchier than I wanted my pizza to be. Disappointed mostly.

I ordered the specialty pizza deal with the chocolate crunch cakes 1/2/2025 @ 5:20pm to ve delivered by 6:04pm. Stood outside waiting for the driver to deliver, and he looked at me and kept driving, and didn’t stop to give me my order at 154 Delaine Street. Also the tracker app says delivered, but it was not delivered. This was a cash order. I will not be ordering from this soecificlocation at Chalkstone ave again.

I ordered a pizzas online 6:37 pm and called a hour later asking what happened to my order because i didnt see it anymore on the tracking was told that they called me multiple times which i never got a call nor did they knock or ring my door( i have a ring camera) so i would of seen them. they said they would bring the order back and never showed up! if they did they were just sitting in their car. Thank god i was gonna pay with cash. Now its almost 8pm and i have to order food elsewhere.

I know a one star review won’t matter to them but whoever made this saw it and thought it was ok to put it in a box. No I don’t want you to remake me one don’t know what the your 3rd grade level of competence employees might do. 23 dollars for this junk and an order chicken. Please for the love of god stop buying from these people. Buy from nice slice or Rita’s pay a little more wait a little longer but at least you’ll get better quality.
