I’ve ordered from Domino’s plenty of times before, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I placed an order for parmesan bites, an Italian sub, two steak subs, and a special pizza. Pretty simple order, right? Well, what I actually got was three random pizzas, one sub, and the parmesan bites — completely wrong.
I called right away, and to their credit, they came back out to swap the pizzas for the subs I originally ordered. But that’s where things somehow got even worse. When I opened the subs, there was absolutely nothing inside them — literally just bread with maybe a trace of sauce. No steak, no toppings, nothing. At that point, I couldn’t even believe it.
Not only did they mess up the order twice, but it felt like no one cared enough to check what they were sending out. I paid good money for this order and got nothing close to what I expected. Between the wrong items, the missing ingredients, and the overall lack of care, this was a huge disappointment.
Domino’s seriously needs to train their staff better and double-check orders before they leave the store. This experience was frustrating, time-wasting, and honestly unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I think the photo speaks for itself. I ordered a philly steak and cheese sub and this is what I received. It had barley any meat or anything, it was like eating bread by itself. Waste of money. Dont recommend. Won’t be ordering from here again. Also the customer service was terrible.

Been very pleased with this dominos for a long time, especially since it’s pretty much the only store around me that still has bread bowls. Or at least did apparently until today. I’ve been faithfully ordering pasta bread bowls from here for quite a while, and I’m honestly super disappointed that they discontinued them with no notice or mention of it at all any of the times I’ve come in recently. Unfortunately I’ll no longer be coming to this location regularly as I typically order the pasta bread bowls. I get things happen and change, but a notice or heads up for customers would have been nice.

I have ordered from this dominos a lot and never have a problem. We ordered today for Super Bowl and the sandwiches barely had meat in it the garlic knots and cinnamon twist were basically just bread and hard as a rock and my pizza had a hair in it. When I called the lady offered to give me a full refund before I even asked for any money back then hung up on me a little while later she called me back asking for photos which I happily sent and told me I could not get a refund bc the hair was no longer in the pizza???? Honestly horrible customer service as I would say something on the phone and would just get ignored

I do not recommend ordering from this place. I placed an online order at 5:30 PM, and the website never asked for a phone number, only an address. The estimated delivery time was 6:15 PM, so we waited, expecting a call or a knock at the door, but nothing happened.
When I checked the website, it showed the order as “delivered,” even though we never received it. I called and was told the driver had called multiple times, which isn’t possible since no phone number was provided, and there was no knock at the door. They offered to remake and resend the order.
After waiting another hour with no update, I called back around 7:20 PM. When I asked for an estimated delivery time, the woman I spoke to hung up on me. My husband called back and was met with rudeness and told we had entered the wrong phone number, despite me already explaining that the website never requested one. We were also unable to get any ETA.
This was a complete waste of time. I’m pregnant and need to eat within a certain window or I get very sick. Customer service at this location seriously needs improvement. The Spanish lady I spoke with on the phone was very rude. Waited 2 hours for my order.

The pizza here is always great! They were SO busy last night and I was in there waiting watching all of the employees working so efficiently trying to get all of the orders out and it was such a well oiled machine- have to give them kudos. ⭐️
