I have always have the best service from Domino’s in Somerset. Tonight I ordered 2 pizzas for pickup. When my son arrived to pick them up, Josh told us they forgot the bacon on one pizza and that a new one was in the oven already. Josh also gave us the pizza without the correct topping for no charge. Great customer service! Also, I want to say that this location works hard. Every one of them. Thank you!

They are literally the best. The manager is great and super nice. He always make sure that my son‘s pizza is perfect. All the delivery drivers know us by name and they know our order. As soon as I mention School Street they already know my order and my name. . They go above and beyond to make sure that your food is correct every time but more so than that they are super nice and friendly. They are honestly my favorite dominoes. The other Domino’s could learn from this Domino’s.

We ordered a pan pizza on new year’s eve. It was insanely busy at the location, but the staff was working so efficient, the kitchen and the dinning area were super clean. I was watching the team work while I waited, they were like a well oiled machine, and the pan pizza was delicious!! Great location.

We ordered online and it was quick and easy. Delivery driver was great. We ordered lava cakes and when we opened the box they were completely destroyed. You can tell this was the kitchen and not the driver by looking at all of the powered sugar piled in the corner and the cakes were all mushed/molded together. The other food we ordered looked fine.

I am giving 3 stars and not 1 because I order from this establishment at least once a month. I usually have excellent service. Tonight was different. The delivery driver was not professional. I had to say hi and smile, he didn’t. BTW I tipped 15% of my bill. When he handed me the pizza’s the bottom box felt weird. Well when I opened the boxes 1 pizza was squished and the other a couple of the slices looked like they where allready pulled apart of the rest of the pizza. Wish I could take my tip back. I am extremely disappointed!

This is my favorite Domino’s. They go above and beyond and put extra time in every single order so that way it’s correct. The entire store is super nice and friendly. Their customer service is outstanding. Of all the dominoes I have been to this is my absolute favorite one. I have never had a bad experience with any one of them, including every single driver. They make sure your order is correct one and done. Your favorite customer from School St 🙂

You cant order online and get an accurate time at this location. Its either ready in 10 minutes and says 17 minutes. Or it says 10 minutes now going on 30 still waiting. It happend before it was an hour wait when the app said like 20 minutes… Just agitated my other food is getting cold waiting on the kids pizza!! I like to time things perfect. Well last time for this location!
