I had placed an order and added the wrong pizza to the order on accident. The app unfortunately was not working so I had called to change the pizza out. Unfortunately the pizza was already on the way. Collin completely took care of the situation and displayed very good customer service and went above and beyond. He had them make my new pizza and still had it delivered to my residence a second time by Tom who was extremely kind at both drop off’s. They both displayed amazing customer service and feel they should be recognized for it. Thank you Collin and Tom for your amazing display of customer service :))

I order from here at least once a week for my family. You can’t beat the price, the freshness and the time you get it in. I was never a dominos fan but this location works really hard. Only pizza my husband will eat as well. For pasta, pizza and bread, it was 30 with tip. Can’t beat it. Not in this economy

Pizza is subpar. No extra cheese. They can’t cut a pizza if they tried. I do carside being I’ve got young children. I have to recut all the pizza everytime. Any other dominoes I go to I never have these issues. Something has to be done about this location.

After waiting over an hour for delivery, I was told on the phone that “we dont just leave it at the door” even though there’s an entire check off box that says “leave it at the door”. I was in the shower while my phone rang 80 times, just to go outside and not see my food at the damn door. Only to have to deal with a disgruntled driver.

Who ever the manager was that worked the night of 1/10-1/11 is a liar and told me his driver driving off without giving me my food is my fault. Although, I was on my porch when the driver pulled up and was waiting there when he drove off. The manager said i didn’t answer my phone although the driver never called me. The manager refused to hear anything I had to say and proceeded to hang up on me after saying it was my fault.

June 6, 2024 I just ordered from here and have been a valued customer here for many years now. Lately my orders have been either made wrong or burnt to the point I haven’t said anything because times are tuff but I’m tired of spending my money and yet I get made wrong. Today is a day I’m tired of not saying anything and yet the shift leader that I spoked to didn’t care and started yelling at a crew member as she was on the phone with me and didn’t care to apologize remake or anything. She told me to take a picture and send it to a phone number so she could see it I sent it to the number and rudely she said to me did you sent it to me in that kind of tone! I said yes I did she said she was going to call me back where she didn’t and decided to just hanging up on me! So I am making sure that this gets posted and be known. Every product coming out of this store should be done correctly and made to enjoy. This was not the case today. Thank you hope you do something about this! I will be calling again in the morning to speak to Carlos since your shift leader didn’t want to take care of the problem.

Hello, I just wanted to come on here and state that I ordered a small Philly cheesecake pizza and some chicken wings. When I got the pizza it looks like doo doo…I am not earing that… so I called and asked for the manager, what I got was a shift lead with ATTITUDE…I asked for his name he never gave it to me….he was talking with other people while he was on the phone I had a lot of silence for about 1 min…I kept saying hello, I told him the pizza looks like doo doo and I can’t eat that….I will make you another one he said, which by the way he said he made the first one…..don’t touch the pizza or eat it as we need it back….I said I am not touching that it looks horrible….mind you I don’t really order from there anyways…..this tops the cake, so I definitely won’t be going back to this one for sure…and it is literally 2 mins from my apt….Shame shame people….and here is proof what it looked like.

I live up the street and no matter how much I order I end up waiting 1 hour+ each time. I usually get a small pizza and the cookie brownies I don’t understand why that would take 1 hour +. Also my order was missing a whole item and my order was messed up also. The driver was really nice and was really apologetic and called the store I didn’t get my missing item though.

Soooo angry, last night my 17 year old went in and grabbed the pizza we ordered. First pizza was not ours so we went back and returned a Hawaiian pizza then confirmed ours which was suppose to be a Medium garlic parm extra cheese and bacon… omg when I tell you the severed us a cardboard pizza no cheese no garlic parm. Remind you I waited a hr or more for my pizza place was packed with hangry costumers. They stole my money I was angry and had 2 hangry kids I took to McDonald right after due to this bs. Service needs to be accurate this can’t happen ppl paying for good food and service and didn’t get neither.
