The pizzas were made decently, however, the driver who brought the pizza is here, automatically put his phone in my hand and said you can add a tip if you want and pointed at the phone screen.. Number one, it may be my account, but it was my brother’s card that was used number 2. Somebody to hit them is not decent service. And I would have ran and got money out of my wallet. We’ve given this location a lot of business over the years and even prefer this one over the new dominos in Bourne. After tonight Disappointed is an understatement, these “lava cakes” look like they were purposefully destroyed upon arrival. Shaking my head.

Definitely the best customer service from a Dominos pizza that I’ve experienced in quite some time! I actually really didn’t like Dominos for a while & stopped getting it but about a month ago someone got some from this Dominos & I was blown away by how delicious it was & couldn’t stop eating it. Since then I’ve ordered many more times & I don’t envision stopping anytime soon, ESP since they deliver to my house now AND they’re open till midnight! Whatever they are doing there, they’re doing it right & I say keep up the good work!! I see the delivery cars all the time so I imagine they’ve been extra crazy busy since covid & I vote they get raises or something. I’m deff pleased w/ them & have no complaints! They even remember my sauces which can be a somewhat simple thing that can ruin a meal in a pretty big way. Thank you Dominos employees!

In the mid to late 90’s I ate more than my fair share of pizza, and 99% of it was from a Domino’s Pizza shop where I used to live. The crust was the best ! Sauce was sassy with a faint kick to it. This particular Domino’s in Wareham was my “comeback” moment to Domino’s after many years since moving out here where there was none around.

Worst pizza ever! Ordered a thin crust cheese. No sauce, barely any cheese. Dry and burnt. Called to let them know and all they said was sorry, there’s nothing we can do since you already picked it up. Was I supposed to open the box and check before I took it home? Rediculous! Horrible customer service! Good thing there are much better pizza houses in the surrounding towns!!!

I ordered dominos at 415 the order was wrong. I called and told them the order was wrong and they said they would remake it and have it delivered. An hour later it still didn’t arrive. I called again and the manager said it was walking out the door! That was a total lie bc it NEVER left. At 715 I called again they said there busy and that they would get the manager well after 15 mins on hold no manger came to phone and girl came back on and said the manger was busy they were so rude even hung up on me.

The pizza is marginal we know that. I ordered a well cooked pizza twice recently. Both times the pizza was wet. We called to complain the second time.
