I stopped by this location today as a result of a desire for a good ole pizza. I tried to place an order online for the rewards pizza and found that there were several windows that pop during the final ordering process. The distraction caused me to close the added window with two pizza orders in my cart instead of one. I had to delete the extra one, but did so without checking to verify that it was the one I ordered originally. I arrived at the pizza shop expecting to get a two topping pizza, but received a basic cheese one instead. Upon entry to the store, it was a bunch of young kids goofing off in the front of the restaurant. It seemed this was a hang out location instead of a functional business. I picked up the pizza depart at the location for my vehicle. I checked the pizza when I got to my vehicle and realized that it was just a cheese pizza. I went back into the restaurant and asked what happened to the two toppings that were supposed to be on the pizza. He just said after looking at the computer that’s what you ordered. If I did, it was an error. If you want something different, you will have to pay for a separate one. Hmmm, I guess he wanted to show off in front of all his friends in the store. Thanks for the heads up and customer support.

Want a nice hot pizza? Or even a lukewarm one? Then don’t order from here, and don’t expect a pizza within a semblance of the time they claim. Also expect to be told it’s only a few minutes away for an hour and then hung up on. Should’ve just ordered papa John’s.

Ordered at 8:12 PM, and my simple, small pizza didn’t arrive until close to 9:30 PM. Had to call them twice to get answers, as apparently their tracker was “not working.” The tracker was stuck on prep for over an hour, then it said delivered when the delivery driver came 20 minutes later. The person who picked up my call was snippy and rude. This location is about 10-15 minutes away from me, and yet took over an hour to deliver. You’re better off picking up the order yourself. Better yet, don’t order from this location. I asked the delivery person to give me a call before they arrived as I live on a campus, and instead, they left my food on some random floor and sent me a picture. This was the most horrendous Domino’s service I’ve ever had in my life.

The staff are Wicked rude and lack manners an NONE of them cover their hair or even TRY to prevent it from going in your food. All 10 have a pony tail that’s even including the men. They care VERY poorly for your food. they have to be by far the WORST dominos to order from. Do not waste your money. The stuffed cheesy bread doesn’t even come with the Stuff. Not to mention I found hair in my food the time before this an still gave this place the benefit of doubt and it’s a shame. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I placed my order at 6:30 PM. My order arrived 40 minutes later, and the system wasn’t working. It waited in the same place for 30 minutes and only appeared in the system 10 minutes before arriving at my address. My order arrived cold. Don’t order from here. The delivery service is terrible, and they don’t bring your food hot.

The staff at the Wellesley Domino’s is excellent.
I like the large 3 topping Pizza for $7.99 which is an excellent price.
I get extra tomato sauce and they are happy to do so.
The crust is excellent and very tasty like a fine Pizza dough should be.
They always get my order correct and within 10 minutes, which I always do pick-up as they are 1 minute away from me.
The prep is perfect, taste is perfect, temperature of pizza perfect.
I get hamburg, sweet pepper, and spinach which is excellent.
Cannot go wrong here and they try very hard to please.
