How can you order for delivery if they don’t answer the dam phone. They suck go somewhere else that wants your business. Otherwise you have to register for their stupid online app that takes 20 minutes to fill out. Never again!
Update went to the store and waited 20 minutes to get my order. Like I said this store is terrible and I’ll never go back again. Support your local small shops instead as I’ve never had a problem with them. Before the haters come at me, I hate big chain but my friend insisted so I crumbled but never again!

Pizza left sitting made for over 50 minutes and still wasn’t out for delivery. Nothing like a cold pizza. I’d suggest you stick with Papa Gino’s or any of the one off places. Tip to the owner – if you can’t manage to deliver a pizza that’s been made for over 50 min, you suck at your chosen job.

Time and time again these pizza bail me out whether:
– satisfying “hangry” kids bday party (MIL’S meatloaf isn’t The hit she thinks it would be)
-casual time watching the Pat’s or one of the Paul fighting an ex convict -a week into that new diet (do any work?) and the hunger is unbearable.
Pick up the phone open the app, place your order, Wait 20 minutes and dinner is ready! Pizza is consistent, delivery is reliable, and all in all very convenient for a pizza kids truly enjoy

Ordered online and waited an hour and fifteen minutes when they sent me a text that my order was cancelled, with no other explanation. I called the store and was told by a rude, argumentative girl that the oven was broken so they cancelled all the orders.I received no other texts or calls during the hour and fifteen minutes spent waiting.
If I ever order from Dominos again, they can be sure there will not be any more 25% or 30% tips in their future.
Perhaps having an adult working in the store instead of children would save them some of the business they lost because of their disdain for customers.

I ordered 3 pizza’s and chicken with no garlic, that is what I received. When I saw a problem with the pricing, Diamond the store manager immediately corrected the issue and also gave me a credit. People make mistakes, but to fix it immediately and give me a credit for next time. This is great customer service. Thank you

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Two different times I have called 1 hour before closing and the first time I was told by two employees that I couldn’t order pick up because they were slow and wanted to close early. Once I got the”manager” on the phone they tried to tell me the same thing until I mentioned complaining. The second incident happened tonight when I tried to order. I called the store and the phone wrang for 17 minutes before someone answered. I placed my order online while waiting for someone to answer. When I arrived at the store a half hour before closing, the door was already locked. The same employee from the first experience was working again and he proceeded to ignore my questions and raise his voice when asked why no one was answering the phones. during the time I was waiting, the phone rang twice and no one answered. Time for new employees or you will lose all business.

Ordered food and the online tracker said it was being processed for an hour!! and then when i call to ask they have already closed. They charged my card and i have no way to contact them to get my food. still waiting and hoping they just show up with my food. either way I am not happy right now with the service, there should be better communication instead of a stupid voice recording. i want to hit that lady with the voice recording in the face.
