I hadn’t touched pizza in months—and then suddenly, I had to have it. I ordered a thin crust cheese pizza from Domino’s, with crystal-clear instructions: light color, not burned. So imagine my disappointment when I arrived to find this total failure waiting for me. I refused it on the spot. The staff member kindly tried to explain why it looked that way, but honestly, if they knew it wouldn’t meet my request, that’s when they should’ve spoken up instead of wasting my time. To his credit, the gentleman was patient and courteous, and I truly appreciated that.

So slow and I was brought the wrong pizzas? And I say pizzas because I only ordered ONE and the delivery driver brought me the wrong order after waiting 30 minutes. Had to wait in the cold and called the store only for him to tell me call the store again MYSELF. I got the refund and the guy on the phone was kind and understanding. You cannot be that incompetent of a delivery driver…and talked on the phone the whole time while waiting outside. The text updates never work, either. The whole thing is a joke.

The one on the left is at the store the one on the right is after I got home and some of it got compressed to the side .

Absolute hands down worst dominos I’ve been to. They marked our order as ready/Complete. Husband went in and was told “oh it’s not ready, 2 more minutes”. He waited, and waited. Asked what’s going on and they said “oh have to finish cooking one of the breadsticks”. Interesting when 10 minutes ago they marked the order as complete. It took another 10-15 minutes for the whole order to be done, meanwhile in these 20+ minutes, they left the pizza and other breadsticks sitting out so we ended up with cold, burnt pizza and messed up breadsticks. They pulled the scam marking the order as “complete” so they look like they’re on time and also probably so they don’t have to give a free pizza or whatever. I don’t like being taken advantage of and don’t flat out LIE saying it’s done, then 2 more minutes, then oh yeah still have half your order to cook. Such a waste of time and money!

I never eat at Domino’s, but I saw the commercial for the Brooklyn Style pizza, and it seemed really appetizing. So I ordered it for takeout. The tracker worked great and was accurate. However, my pizza wasn’t cut into 6 foldable slices. It was partially cut into 8 uneven slices. To top it off, they didn’t actually use the pizza cutter properly(I guess that’s difficult? ‍♂️), so the pizza just tore apart. Luckily, I have my own pizza cutter, and I was able to redo the slices. All in all, my entire experience from seeing the commercial to receiving and eating the pizza was a huge disappointment.

Disappointing Experience, Won’t Be Returning.

I recently had a rather disappointing experience. As a regular customer who lives just down the street, I’ve always enjoyed their pizzas, but my most recent visit left a lot to be desired.

I walked into the restaurant to pick up my order, and the first thing I noticed was a delivery driver at the cashier who seemed to be having some hygiene issues. He was scratching his backside quite conspicuously, which immediately made me uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this was just the start of my negative encounter.

Upon receiving my order, I realized that I had been given the wrong pizza. Mistakes happen, so I returned to the counter to explain the situation and request a refund or an exchange. However, I was told that they couldn’t provide a refund on the spot and that they would make a new pizza for me “quickly.”

The wait for the new pizza ended up being much longer than expected. I understand that evenings can get busy, but waiting for half an hour for a replacement was quite frustrating. I couldn’t help but feel that my time and convenience were not being valued.

What truly bothered me, though, was the lack of professionalism I witnessed during this visit. As a regular customer, I’ve always appreciated the convenience of the location. However, witnessing the delivery driver openly scratching his backside while at the cashier counter was not only unappetizing but also highly unprofessional. It left a lasting negative impression on me.

While I understand that busy nights can lead to some challenges, the way this situation was handled and the lack of attention to hygiene standards have led me to a decision. Despite being a local resident and a regular customer, I will not be returning. It’s disappointing to have to make this choice, but I believe that my dining experience should never include discomfort or a lack of professionalism.

I hope that Domino’s Pizza takes customer feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve their service and maintain the quality that made me a regular customer in the first place. Until then, I’ll be exploring other options in the area.

This Randolph location never sends the garlic dipping sauce i select in my order. They always send marinara…4 times now, and every time i complain, I get a free pizza. So at this point, im going to order garlic dipping sauce with every order, even if i don’t want it…because im most likely going to get a free pizza each time. I added 2 pics to prove its written on the order.

Update 11/27/22, ordered food 3 hours ago. Still not here. Never ordering again. Cancelled the order and they never refunded my credit card. Tried calling the location several times, they will not pick up the phone. I went to the location to get my money back and there was one employee. He said i had to come back to see the manager at night. I just gave up at that point. Enjoy the money you stole from me. I wont be back again, and ill tell everyone i know about how awful your location is.

Dominos pizza crust and sauce cannot be duplicated. It’s been our favorite for over 25 years. The service in our local store is fast and the servers, though not overly friendly, do a good job. There decor realty does not do it justice. The pizza is excellent, like really really good. You will need to go here it you are looking for a great value. Their cash upon delivery service is very good for when I only have cash on me.

The staff was very nice. It was my first time in that particular Domino’s. The only complaint I have is when I was using my map quest, searching for the building was hard to find bc there was no accessible sign to help locate their restaurant. It took me two times to drive by to find their entrance. Thankfully, I made it in time for my order before they closed.
