This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I paid my money in full, and instead of resolving my issue, they hung up the phone on me. That is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism and respect. Taking customers’ money and refusing to help them is dishonest and shameful. I strongly warn everyone to stay away from this service. They do not deserve your business.

The pizza was on point, it was very delicious! I had the order delivered via staff via the UberEats app. Their buffalo wings weren’t really spicy, I would get their wings again just not the buffalo flavor. Delivery guy LIED never delivered my pizza but said on app he did!!! Manager Miguel offered to refund but needs my cash app tag (that’s how I paid). Been calling regularly since 7/25 and he’s NEVER there. Other managers act like they have no authority to refund me OR SEND MY PIZZA!??! I legit paid for it and got nothing. Disappointing.

Me and my wife ordered pizza with a friend and I guess the driver called me and left me a voicemail but all the voicemail was rustling so I was really confused. So he brought the pizza back and we called the store. The driver was in the background screaming and cussing about us not picking up the phone. He didn’t try knocking or ringing the doorbell. He came back, called my wife after SCREAMING in the background for a different number, we told him leave it at the door. He then proceeds to open our back door and start screaming into my house. He called me and I missed the calls that’s my bad but the two voicemails were just him moving stuff around and did not tell me who it was so I had no clue. The drivers name was Vogly I would like to be contacted by the higher ups for this situation. He WAS NOT invited into my house and he just opened up my back door!
