When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, the person who served me displayed an inappropriate and unprofessional attitude from the very beginning. During the interaction, they made gestures and expressions that I interpreted as contempt and disrespect. At no point was I offered a proper explanation or courteous service, which is the bare minimum expected in customer service.
The situation worsened when the employee suggested that I could take the pizza or simply cancel it, without attempting to resolve the issue or provide adequate assistance. They even went so far as to throw the pizza at me disrespectfully, with a “take it or leave it” attitude.
I consider this behavior offensive and completely inappropriate for an establishment that represents a well-known brand. As a customer, all I was doing was legitimately complaining about the poor service I received.
Unfortunately, the situation escalated to the point where the employee decided to call the police simply because I was complaining about the poor service. This seemed completely unnecessary to me and demonstrates a lack of professional customer service skills.
I understand that we all have difficult days, but personal problems should not interfere with work or affect how customers are treated.
I request that this incident be reviewed and that appropriate measures be taken to prevent other customers from having a similar experience at this branch.

Terrible customer service. I called the store for help locating my delivery because I had changed my phone number and forgot to update it in the app. They told me to just “be on the lookout,” but I explained that I live in an apartment complex and need to be notified to open the apartment door. I was told they didn’t have the driver’s number and was rushed off the phone.
When I tried calling back, they repeatedly picked up and hung up on me. This is unacceptable behavior for any business. Sad to say, I never received my food. Horrible customer service!

I am uncertain of how this place is still running with the horrible customer service. To be more specific PEDRO is by far the worst. He is rude; refuses to give you what you ordered unless you pay in cash , EVEN IF you have already paid for it. I wouldn’t be surprised if he also spit on the food. I will never go back !

I walked in and the place was a mess. People were eating while preparing food, there were Monster cans all over, and the prep tables didn’t look like they had been wiped down. Employees were standing around on their phones, laughing and being loud. It was nothing like I’ve ever seen before in a Domino’s. Never going here again

I just received a pizza from here. It was over cooked and dry. A pepperoni. I had a veggie not too long that was alright. It had a slight taste of dirty oven. Probably won’t go back. Always have liked Dominos. Not this one. Knowing pizza. I am pretty they had an old one they pushed back in the oven. Sad for my $24.00.

me and my friend wanted dominos and we called for delivery, but some rude guy answered us and thought it was a prank call, but it wasn’t. We called at least 5 times, and got told “it wasn’t funny” when we still kept getting hung up on. This is terrible customer service. No one deserves to be treated like this as a paying customer.

Disgusting. Left my order outside in the ground next to trash barrels when I specified to meet me at the door. The driver did not call nor ring the bell. This is the last time I will order from the Dominos. Needless to say nobody will be eating the pizzas other than the rats outside, if they have t already as the boxes are not taped shut. This is unsanitary and flat out laziness on the part of a driver who was tipped well. Cannot call the store as whomever is answer keeps hanging up. As a business owner myself I know good employees are hard to come by nowadays but corporate needs to force this franchise owner to do better.
