I’m honestly surprised by the negative reviews. Every time I come here, I’m greeted with a smile. The employees are always busy making pizzas and keeping the store clean. William always makes sure my order is correct and prepared properly before handing it to me.
I think some people forget that this is a fast food restaurant, and the staff can’t always stop what they’re doing immediately to take orders. I’m happy to wait patiently, and I’ve always been satisfied with both the quality of the food and the customer service.

I ordered from this location yesterday and mind you, it is 4 minutes away from where I ordered from. Dominos has this great tracking service for your delivery that allowed me to watch the driver forget to drop our order off as they were in the neighborhood. An hour passes by and the driver is all the way in Boston, with this traffic…? so I call the store to figure out if it’s not coming at all. Listen I get it, I’m the most chill person, but the way your representative talked to me over the phone was what pissed me off and I might’ve been hangry by then but I was still patient. There is absolutely no courtesy and no knowledge of customer service at this location. This gentleman kept trying to hang up the call and speaking over me as I asked a question, I had to tell HIM, 3 times “I UNDERSTAND the order is on the way” (like Dominos pays me to be polite) “do you believe it’s going to be cold by then?” At this point, I might just drive down to the store myself and pick another one up. He could’ve said anything, he could’ve told me there’s an option in the webpage to give feedback or to speak to customer service, he could’ve simply apologized maybe and it would’ve been fine. Honestly, I love freshly made pizza, it’s one of the reasons why I like dominos, with the melted cheese, heck, I even get extra cheese because of that. Anyway, my food was in fact cold, at least it arrived… and the cherry on top was that my order was wrong. I ordered their new cinnamon dessert stuff, but got their Parmesan balls. There goes my dessert. I’m probably just mad at myself for spending 40 bucks on fat food that I didn’t even get to enjoy properly.
And if you got all the way down here, thank you for reading my rant. Honestly, just train your staff better. Sounds like people are truly miserable in that place. Free pizza doesn’t suffice, just Dominos manager, I saw your name mam but I forget, Ana? Talk to your employees or just hire someone else, having an attitude over the phone ruins the beautiful experience of wanting to have a pizza watching a movie after work. I also read some of the other reviews about your hygiene practices with this extra time I had… no words.

This was my first time ordering at this location since I moved to revere. I like 100 feet away. I ordered on the app and the tracker let me know when my food was in the oven and then when it was ready to be picked up. When I got to the store the food was ready waiting for me. The team seem nice the guy at the register was respectful and my pizza was super cheesy and tasty. Not sure what the bad reviews were about but my experience was 100% positive 🙂

The delivery guy was amazing, polite and very gentil. But the pizza wasn’t good. I ordered Philly cheese steak, but I couldn’t find the steaks. I don’t recommend this flavor.

The employees have no knowledge of serve safe handling, cross contamination or anything. The manager needs to enforce they wash and change gloves after using bathroom, touching the dirty bathroom key, and touching money. I sat and watched how the employees are rubbing there sweat off their face, touch their hair, clothes and continue to prepare customer food with dirty greasy gloves. Its totally unacceptable. I dont if there is a language barrier but it needs to be translated so they understand what they are doing is wrong.

The Girls here are amazing! They had made a mistake on my order. But was on top of it! By the time I had hung up my order was already here! Thank you! Amazing customer service! Always super friendly when I call or go in!
