If I could give zero stars I would for the appalling service given I would. Giuseppe dropped our order off at the wrong house and upon calling and asking how things could be made right, he laughed. He came back to the house to “look” for the order he adamantly said he had left on the stairs. He was certain that someone must have stolen …. Within the 3 minutes of him arriving and us getting to the door it’s stolen? Sure… So he left and said he would get us a new one which was awesome! But instead he came back 10 minutes later and said he just found the order by surprise down the street on someone else’s steps. I get mistakes happen but the customer service was terrible and I don’t want cold pizza that sat on someone else’s stairs for 20 minutes …

This dominos is the new and improved store in Malden (The same street just different location across from MPD). Staff is friendly and mostly young people. The gentleman that came today to deliver my pizza was nice and I appreciate that he walked up the stairs with a smile to hand me my pizza! I usually order online but often forget they have seating inside as well as chairs and tables outside. You can track your order online and also remember to specify your order in the extra details section.

Worst Domino’s ever. They mess up alot of orders. I usually order steak sandwich with extra steak. When my order arrives there’s not enough steak, onions or peppers for regular steak sandwich. This has been happening for while now. So no I do not recommend this Domino’s located in Malden on Eastern Ave. The only reason I still order from there cause they are closes for delivery. If it happens again I’m coming in for refund and driving to the next city over to make my order. This must of happened at least 5-6 times that I can remember. I ate half of the sandwich which was mostly cheese only cause I purchased my order near closing time. Worst experience ever!!! Ripped off!!! I got grilled cheese sandwich not a steak sandwich. Will be driving down to Domino’s for real steak sandwich or refund. Now time to smoke. I’m out

I have no complaints about the food they sent me, but I do have complaints about the delivery people. They think we’re obligated to give extra tips out of the order. They called me ignorantly asking if I wasn’t going to come down to give the tips, I always include the tips in the order. Very clueless. Improve, you’re not working for free.

The place was clean, but the service was terrible, firstly, the staff was rude, and yelled at us, saying that it was our fault we placed the order differently. Second, they mixed up our pizzas and gave us a meat pizza when we asked for veggie. Lastly, they lied to us, saying that our order wasn’t placed when it actually was, and they made our order last when the tracker said our order was done. We got our food 30 minutes late, which is unacceptable. If I were you, I wouldn’t order from here, unless you’re okay with getting yelled at and getting your food extremely late. We’ve been ordering from here for a while, but this is the first time this has happened, and we will not take this behavior.

Waited an hour and a half for my food, every time I asked how much longer I got the same answer 15 minutes, wanted a refund because I have work tommorow and I’m not waiting until midnight to eat a pizza, and was told I can’t get my money back! Great experience if being hungry is your thing.

Will never order from this Dominos again, always shorting me on my order and when I call for a refund they say it is difficult to do and they need a manager. Promised to deliver my items and never did. Terrible customer service. Too many good pizza places nearby or Uber Eats/GrubHub to put up with people who don’t deliver all your items.
