Nearly every time we order pickup they make a critical mistake with the order. Entirely wrong style of pizza? Check! Garlic knots with icing instead of cinnamon knots? Check!
Their delivery is incredibly unreliable as well, less than 1.5 miles from the store.
Always check your order before leaving to make sure you got the right thing, odds are you got someone elses food.

Dominos has reduced the portions they serve and yet increased their prices.
There is no longer value for the money.
I have ordered their chicken Alfredo and even my five year old noticed the difference in the portions.
On top of that the delivery guys always call to have you sign the receipt even when you pay online. This especially happens when you don’t tip the driver.
This behavior should stop. Tipping is a choice.

We visited Domino’s around 7:20 PM and were there until 8:15 PM for our order of two pizzas, one of which was mushroom and green pepper. The mushroom quantity on that pizza was extremely low — even less than what’s normally found on a regular medium pizza. We politely informed the staff and asked if they could either add more mushrooms or make a new one, and they said they would give us a new pizza. However, instead of doing that, they took the old pizza, added raw uncooked mushrooms on top, and gave it back to us after 15 minutes, by which time it was completely cold and still had no proper green pepper toppings. The raw mushrooms tasted terrible, and what’s worse is that this is the second time this has happened at this Somerville branch — we’ve had great experiences at other Domino’s outlets, but the chef here seriously needs to improve the quality and care put into the food.

Pan pizza arrived soggy and barely browned edges. Called manager, he said it was my fault for not ordering the pizza “well-done” or ordering another kind of pizza. He said that many people liked their pan pizza this way. He would send a replacement.
Then after reading my feedback to the company which said this was the worst Dominos pizza ever, he called again and exploded at me. Shouting that it wasn’t the worst pizza ever. He said “sorry” but not very sincerely as he kept yelling at and interrupting me. Even when I told him that he needed to stop talking or I would contact the HQ in Ann Arbor. He eventually admitted that the pizza had been put in the wrong oven. He said he was new and the store had just opened. Which is not true, he is apparently a new manager but I’ve been ordering from this location for years.
Then, to make things worse, when the driver arrived he insisted that I give him back the bad pizza and said the manager was demanding this. Either implying that I, a 59 year old systems administrator, was lying and trying to cheat him, or trying to make the evidence disappear, apparently, or both.
Previous pizza was almost always good and previous manager would comp me for any issue such as late delivery or whatever and was sincerely nice.
I’ve been a Dominos customer for 40 years and this was indeed the worst Dominos pizza, and the worst customer service experience, I’ve ever had from them.

This place is awful i had a delivery driver call and yell and at me and my step-father who was there to pay and this same guy complains about tips and wants me to like run down when he calls and he isn’t even here yet. He played in my face spewing lies about the other times he’s come here.
So overall this driver was awful and should be fired.

I went there for a promotion they was having and the guy told me it was no longer and later after I paid over the amount for the pizzas he tells me when leaving u have to order online then come pick it up I will not go there again
