This location consistently forgets items in order and when asked about a refund will confirm that they will refund part of the order and never goes through with it. Pizzas are always as expected, but can never ever get the dipping sauce cups right. Never order sweet mango habanero from this location because you for sure won’t receive it and will receive the sweet icing instead.

Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered pizza, was charged full price, and then… nothing. No delivery. No food. No explanation. Just my money gone and zero pizza. If you’re running a business that takes payment but can’t be bothered to actually deliver the product, maybe you shouldn’t be in business at all.
I wasted my time, my money, and my dinner plans. Trying to get help afterward was just as useless as the delivery itself. This was hands-down one of the worst ordering experiences I’ve ever had.

Worst customer service, you place the order, pay the tip, and at the time of delivery, the delivery person either leaves your order thrown on the floor and doesn’t even ring the bell to let you know the order is delivered. There are some other drivers who seem to be lazy, and as soon as they arrive at your house, they call you and stay inside the car sitting, waiting for the customer to go out on the street and go to the car to pick it up while they sit Lol I’ve never seen something like this before . From now on, for all my orders, I will not pay a penny in tips… These delivery people offer a rubbish job. I’ve already given up complaining to the managers every time I complained, they say this won’t happen anymore, but the problem is never resolved, as I said, from today on, tips never again. TRASH , LOW CLASS SERVICE.

I made an online order for pick up and everything was great! My order was ready right on time and the staff was friendly when I arrived. I got the Philly cheesesteak specialty pizza and it was cooked just right and had plenty of toppings unlike a lot of Dominos locations that put very little on it and either under or overcook the pizza. Will definitely order from here again!
