Ordered a pizza and some chicken 31.71 I was charged 3x the amount. Not reimbursed. They told me they would comp the order. Then I had to call and report fraud. He willing let out it’s fraud committed by them he took fault did nothing. On top of the fact the food showed up ice cold. The manager here has no class. I’m not the first person they’ve done this to either.

Despite going here often, I’m not sure why. We ordered two pizzas, and both were burnt and hard as a rock. The toppings are almost non-existent even though you pay extra. I guess sometimes it’s just convenient on the way home. Don’t bother.

Stopped by this location at 10pm this evening. They were the ONLY pizza place in the area open after 9pm. I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff was and how quickly they got my pizza made and into my hands. The quality of the pizza was better than I have had in a long time. I placed an order and when delivered the driver stopped on Rte 138 and wanted me to come and get it. Speaking over the volume of traffic zipping by I stated “it’s not safe there for you, move down and turn into the mobile home park and then into my (empty) driveway at the address on the ticket.” Somehow that equated to me threatening him! Um ah what??? I am trying to get my paid for order, correct? ✔️ This is my go to local best pizza, correct? ✔️ I’m here in Raynham in my forever home, correct? ✔️

I understand it’s Sunday, it’s game day and we’re right by Gillette Stadium but it’s hours after the game, we’re right on the road so we can see how little traffic there is and how FAST the cars are moving and I get told that if we want our order still we have to wait TWO hours because they don’t want there driver getting “stuck in traffic”…What in the world, what kind of delivery service is that?!? Never have I everrr. Maybe it’s because I’m from Providence and that’s something you never see but I’m actually flabbergasted. Never will I EVER try to order from here again.

Food is good at reasonable price friendly staff too service is a 3 star only because the staff would not except my 100 dollar bills. Said they aren’t allowed to except it wich made me have to go and break it somewhere else then go back to pay and get my food. After an HOUR long “quality check” just look at the times in the photo. Think they would have noticed the burn chicken and barely sauced pasta. Luckily my food was cold, not even warm… Apparently that happens to food that sits for an hour. When I call the manager to express that my food is unacceptable for a meal I paid for I’m told that they are short staffed and I can have a free pasta dish and wings next time I order!?? They don’t offer to replace my food since I’m obviously hungry, hence why I ordered. Why would I ever order again??? Trust me, door dash literally any other late night eats. I should have just burned 25 dollars. 1 star is far too gracious.

Pizza was seriously lacking sauce. Very dry and toppings/sauce weren’t evenly distributed. Pizza looks like someone made it with their eyes closed. Highly Disappointed
Edit: Here we are almost a year later. This place still can’t get it together. Pizza is dry per usual. Ordered half cheese half spinach and mushroom and this is what I got….seriously!?!?

I had my wedding recently in the area and we had a hotel block in Mansfield where we hosted an afterparty. Decided to reach out to this Dominos to get a ton of Pizza’s ordered. Jeff the manager and his staff were great! We were able to put the order in ahead of time and get the payment done so the team was all set to go the night of. The pizzas were awesome and the attention to detail logistically was great. Thanks again!
