I ordered from this store via doordash. Order took 45 minutes over the estimated time to arrive. After 20 minutes late, I called to see what the issue was and because I saw my delivery driver going away from me and back to the store.
The person on the other end said it was a busy night and that is why it was late.
When the delivery driver finally showed 45 minutes after the original estimate, they said they left the order at the store by accident. So I was lied to by the individual at the store. To make matters worse, my order wasn’t complete, they forgot more things.
When I called the store to complain and ask for reconciliation, the individual on the other end not only claimed he didn’t mislead me, but refused to offer any reparations. Will never order from Dominos again. Especially not this store.

Pretty OK Domino’s. I would say that I prefer the one in Lawrence in terms of quality. I got the deep dish and the New York style pizza was just pretty nice. The deep dish, however, had a lot more tomatoes sauce, and expected, to the center of spilling over to the side of the carton inside and outside of the pizza. we also had the wings which were OK nothing to rave home about. It definitely hit the spot for a craving for pizza. However, I would not go out of my way to check this place out.

INCREDIBLY rude and unhelpful manager. My order was never delivered and when I called I called the store they told me they left the pizza outside and “called me multiple times.” I’ve been ordering from this store from over a year and have a dominos account online with my phone number. Not only did they refuse to send a new pizza or refund me, the manager told me to get a refund from my credit card and HUNG UP ON ME. The WORST service I’ve ever encountered and after being a loyal customer I’ll never order from them again.

They charged me for a medium but gave me a very small pizza.
I asked for light amount of sauce. And it was the regular amount of sauce.
The pizza was only cut once across all the way through to bottom the rest was not.
Had no knife to cut it. Was trying g to tear with my hands. I was at work so couldn’t go back.

Yeah, it’s Domino’s, nothing great to start with… It is just here when you are at your laziest or weakest and crave a pizza late in the evening when other pizza joints are closed.
On my hand it’s just a massive disappointment with my last order a Philly cheese steak pizza with… Barely any steak bits on it…. If that’s how the chain saves on toppings that is a cheap move…
I still ate the sad thing, but that’s a good reminder to skip next time the thought crosses my mind to order at this place….

Never delivered and did not call me, I had to call the store and got put on hold for 5 minutes then cancelled the order. All done with Dominos!!!
