I pre-ordered pizza for the Super Bowl. I arrived to pick up my order only to be lied to and told it would be out in 10 minutes. It took another 40 minutes and I sat and watched countless delivery orders take precedence over my pickup order. My assumption was this was due to the employees making tips from these orders. I had also ordered takeout from BJ;s brewery down the street, which was made on time, unlike dominos, but due to dominos delay it caused our chicken to get cold. I filed a complaint, which dominos never followed up in regard to. I will NEVER return to this place as their lack of response shows their arrogance and lack of appreciation for customers. Pizza Hut Natick treated customers this exact way and guess what they went out of business.

Domino’s can be a hit or miss, but this store is mostly consistent. Again it’s dominos folks, so don’t expect gourmet food. An average pizza delivered for a cheap price should be the expectation. My biggest gripe is they charge for dipping sauces. I guess it’s come down to savings.
Food here is usually ok. We ordered a large pizza. Not a big fan of the crust or taste but it was ok.
With Theos, Pizza plus, Georges, Mingaliens, Rocco’s, Bills and other places around, this would be my last choice. Bills Pizza in Natick still is Light years ahead in quality and taste.

Soooo rude when it comes to food. I legit ordered hot wings, and they did a little squirt of hot sauce on them. Didn’t even fully cook them either!

Domino’s can be hit or miss, but this store has consistently delivered. My biggest gripe is usually when dipping cups aren’t delivered. My most recent driver, despite having initially forgotten the cups, went above and beyond to make sure they got delivered – please know how much I appreciate that!
Food here is usually pretty solid. Cheesy bread (which is my go-to) is disappointing from this store – needs more cheese and garlic butter. Y’all skimp on both.

Ordered a sandwich to go on 11/27/24 chose the option through the app to pay with cash. I started driving to pick it up. A minute later I received a call from this particular domino’s would not accept cash as a payment. I just had ordered a sandwich to go and paid with cash at a different location the day before. If you’re trying to use cash order from this location instead and they won’t give you any trouble. 868 Worcester St

Stopped by at this store on Saturday evening. I was very surprised with the service. 5 out of 5! On the busy day they were able to accommodate me with everything. I didn’t have to wait long even though they seemed to have many orders. Both kids and adults were super satisfied with the pizzas. Thank you for delicious pizzas. I will be back soon!

Service was horrible. App said it was ready so I clicked that I was there. I waited for some time and there was no timer on the app. It suddenly went to completed order but it still was not brought out so I go inside and the guys are all hanging around eating and they tell me they are still working on it. When they finally come out, I ask to have it double cut and the guy just laughs it off and repeats my order. Thanks buddy for your horrible service. I’ll know better to not tip ahead of time.

We usually get our pizza here without any complaints. Service has been quite satisfactory. But we were disappointed when we saw few pieces of steak mixed with the toppings that we ordered yesterday. We don’t eat red meat due to our religious beliefs and this came as a shock when we spotted that. I understand that it’s a honest mistake and I totally get that. Just pointing out here so they can be a bit more cautious next time.
