HORRIBLE!
My food arrived burnt and thrown into the box; it was supposed to have two rows of chicken, but there was only one with burnt fillings!!! I paid $40.00 for this, it’s not even worth $2!!! I called to ask them to send me a new order or give me my money back, and I was dealt with by two ignorant employees who didn’t solve my problem. I will never order from this place again!!

I went to pick up my order when I got the email saying it was ready. I drove through a snowstorm and icy roads only to be told that a driver had taken my order by mistake and I had to wait 20 minutes for my order to be made again. No sorry no apologies nothing!
While I was canceling and getting a refund I got to see how unhygienic the workers were, no rinsing the cutters between each order. Terribly messy and disorderly. In a way glad I did not get the pizzas there

Very rude people!! The delivery guy Called me , to come meet him in the parking lot, usually they come up to the apartment. He then yelled at me, insisting that I needed to come downstairs, outside in parking lot to meet him. We always tip very well ! . He was yelling at me , combative, disrespectful! Each question I asked to try and help him at least meet me in lobby, he told me it was better for him if I go on the parking lot ! We would not have ordered delivery if the food wasn’t being delivered. Still shocked ,! We give this place soo much business ! Spend lots of money here ! Never again ! Most disrespectful man to aggressively yell at me, a customer, and I’m very polite and a lady ! . I was just spoke to horribly while trying to understand why this time , our delivery couldn’t be delivered ! ! Last time we ordered here they made our pizza wrong and we didn’t even complain, pizza was undercooked and Parmesan says was put on the specialty steak pizza instead of the way every other dominos makes it !!! It was mush !!! Terrible service! Terrible food quality, right now our pizzas are thrown together looked like he shook the box , I guess while angry at me for ordering online? Go Anywhere but here !! And there is no way to contact customer service!! We have ALWAYS TREATED THE DELIVERY DRIVERS VERY WELL WITH GOOD TIPS over 20% ! This is Crazy ! Dont order from here if you are a woman! These people don’t have respect for woman !

Delivered to wrong addresse when my address is clearly in the app. She was very ignorant at handling this.will never order from this place again poor customer service I would of gave a zero but it’s not an option I guess

Are you kidding me? You don’t put a plastic protector in the box? I ordered dipping sauces but none arrived. I thought “Chad” did a quality check on the dominos tracker? No point calling them. No point waiting another hour for a replacement.

This place is awesome. I always get NY or thin crust pizza and it is always great. The staff is friendly and always reproduce same great taste. And nothing in the entire country can beat their prices. I can feed a family of 4 for under $20 with coupons and dominos gift cards which are always 20% off at various sites. Try feeding 2 people at McDonalds in that budget. Great staff, service, pricing and good pizza. I don’t understand why this place gets low rating. Sure, it’s not some fancy pizza place with creative pizzas but all things considered, it’s fantastic.

Horrible Service. Ordered a pizza for carryout on 07/01 at 9pm. I was having trouble ordering online so called in. I was told by a man with a thick accent that he couldn’t help me place the order because he was too busy then hung up on me. I ended up placing the order on my buddys phone and walked in to pick up my pizza about 15 minutes later. There was absolutely no one in the store and the man was just scrolling his phone on the couch. He didn’t even acknowledge when I came in so I had to say excuse me to get his attention.

Worst place ever! I used some points that I accumulated over time to get a free soda. And the manager seemed very annoyed about the fact that I am not paying for the soda. He was frowning at me and showed the expression as if I were a thief or a cheap person. The food is bad at this place. We all deserve something better so I won’t visit this place in my whole life.
