This was a bacon, ham, and pineapple pizza from this dominos pizza burned to shit! UPDATE! After I spoke with Victoria the next day she immediately was concerned how our order was handled, and replaced our order. Ronaldo the driver even made sure that our delivery was on point. Very rare excellent costumer service, and very much appreciated! Thank you Victoria and Ronaldo.

I called the store on Valentines Day and asked them if they make heart shaped pizzas. The young lady on the phone said they don’t but she would ask her manager. While on hold i could hear the whole staff saying yes let’s do it i believe in us let’s try it. It was so funny and manager said yes he will try and do it for me. I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect but when i got there it was better than expected. Phone was answered quick it was busy time and they still went above and beyond for me. Thank you to the whole staff keep up the amazing job.

I tried getting dominos for my children tonight , after we spent a longer time at public storage than we meant to. I put it down as a business location and added the address we were at in. I called after the tracker said the driver was pulling up now and I had been standing outside for 6 minutes. Talked to the guy who answered the phone and verbally told him I was at public storage and gave him the address to there and my phone number and asked him to call when he got there. They never called me so I called again about 20 minutes later, and the man who answered the phone tried saying the delivery driver went to the house twice and rang the door bell…but it wasn’t even a house and he did not attempt to call my phone number. I had 2 very disappointed kids who just wanted pizza after a long day.

Yesterday I had order 2 large pizzas and when the driver got to my house he said he had change but then he said he didn’t and did not wanted to go get change as a delivery driver he’s supposed to have change what he did was bad customer service. I won’t be order from here any time soon. My advice to customers make sure you have the amount you want to give them including the tip because they won’t and its not the first time this happened to me.

DON’T BUY!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. This is not the first time I’ve ordered from here and they keep sending my order incomplete. This time, we decided to pick it up ourselves to avoid the same issue. My husband went to pick it up, and once again, the sauces were missing — even though I was charged an extra $2 for them.
It’s honestly ridiculous at this point. This has happened multiple times.it was last time for us!!! Please, do not order from here. The pizza tastes awful, the place does not seem clean, and they still manage to leave items out even when they’ve already charged you for them.

Our first time & very bad, we ordered small veg pizza with 1)extra sauce 2) extra cheese 3) lightly cooked… It arrived cold dry tough & almost no sauce & no extra cheese & half was very bare & practically nothing on it. We called back to the Framingham store & twice they put us in hold for 20 minutes until we had to hang up. We then contacted corporate & emailed this same baddness & us requesting our money back or coupon for at least 25$ only for them to reply we would hear from someone at location however we never did since 2weeks. Yesterday we decided to call& see if they would honor no cost & the same order & Victoria sweetly obliged & made the same pizza correctly & at no charge. She was friendly & made a bad situation right. Thank you good Victoria, same good business practices to you in life for doing the right thing & the pizza was made perfectly this time We tipped the driver 5$.
