WORST PLACE EVER!! I ordered a pizza and a lava cake. The lava cake was missing, and the pizza was left open outside the building in the cold. I called saying the lava cake hadn’t been delivered, and when they sent it, it came completely destroyed, like it had been crushed by hand. I always order lava cake and it has never arrived like this, and the moment I make a complaint it shows up like this, weird.

I ordered a pizza January 18th it was delivered it was hard as a rock and it was not even something I would eat I had two pieces my husband had two pieces I brought the rust down to the Domino’s. They gave me a refund I reordered today and big difference. Not really a big difference the crossword soft which we liked but I said pepperoni, and olives and they gave us pepper and they gave us pepper and olives so again otherwise pizza was good it was okay Nice soft crust, not hard or overcooked like the other one was. Ordered food that totaled 23 and change. I told the lady on the phone I only had $100, she told me the driver would have change. He showed up without enough change so I gave him $5 for driving back and forth. Here’s the problem, when he came back he only gave me $72 and told me my order was 27 and change. As I said above the total was $23 and change so this dude took an extra 5. I was gonna give him it anyways but for him to take my money when I didn’t give it to him is theft. Plz train your drivers better or hire ppl with morals

To be honest this Dominos is a hit or miss depending on WHO IS WORKING. some days food is good some days is slapped around and looks disgusting. You call the restaurant to order initially for example myself today and they will pick up and place you on hold without even asking to be placed on hold and then your sitting there for like 20 min on hold. Hang up call again SAME THING! Placed on hold without asking me, then I ordered a chicken Alfredo after a wait and guess what we got?! horrible. Hard to buy from here when needed. This pasta didn’t even have pasta it was like burned to the end of plate.

I am very impressed with how clean and immaculate this restaurant is. This was also one of the largest domino’s I’ve been inside with plenty of seating for indoor dining.
The pizza sauce was made exactly the order. Garlic, jalapeños, and pineapple covered the entire pizza. It was cooked well and not for him at all. The staff were also very frely during the interaction of getting the pizza.

I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt and keep trying again but every time I am more disappointed than the last. My order is wrong EVERY time there are always missing items and the quality if awful. Park ave is a much better option if you can get over there instead. Would not recommend this location!

I ordered online recently and everything was going well, until the order said it was delivered but miles away from my house. I called the store and the manager said the tracking system sometimes can be weird, and it should be there soon. Another 30mins went by and still no delivery. So I called again and I think the delivery driver returned, so the manager asked where they delivered the food. Their seemed to be a mistake and it was indeed not delivered to the current address. They kept apologizing and I said mistakes happen. The manager asked if I wanted a refund or remake. I went with a remake and within 40mins my order was delivered. The food was good, but I thought how sincere the manager was and how she addressed the issue was great!

Bad quality, even for a dominos. Attached is a picture. All of the dark sauce areas are where the completely missed with cheese. I would like to say that again- on a PIZZA about half of the area that should have cheese had zero cheese. The cheese is the onlything covering up that cardboard dough, so it is pretty necessary to have. Also. The amount of sauce use was absolutely ridiculous. The dough is an inch thick and somehow was still soggy with the amount of sauce put on top. Thank you for the sauce and dough soup with just a hint of cheese, but thats not what i ordered. When i picked up a slice, it would just fall apart in mush. This was horrible and disgusting. Without any exaggeration, this was easily the worst pizza ive ever had in my life. To take my money and give me this ineddible slop in return is downright criminal. Seriously, whoever served this as food should be put in handcuffs.l and given a 5 year sentence. Not only will i not be returning to this dominos, i will not be going to any dominos ever again, because this was that bad.

Mother ordered pizza , and I watched it on the ring camera and the lady with a silver car came dropped pizza on sidewalk and left without ringing doorbell especially when giving them a tip and my mother is not cheap in tipping I have the video and posting it so everyone can see it, by the time brother seen it it was cold this happened from the 1413 grafton st. Worcester, mass store, I will not be ordering from there anymore if this is called customer service.
