Attention people never order from this Domino’s I repeat never order from this Domino’s location in Spencer, Massachusetts. It’s the worst Domino’s that I have ever encountered or ordered from either online and in person I already had issues and contacted corporate. The manager offered me a free pizza told me everything would be fine, but not to use the coupons online because when you get to the store, it’s a different price. I recently ordered Domino’s tonight. 10/17/2025 I ordered delivery. The delivery driver gets here. I asked him. How do I tip him if I order delivery cause I usually pick up being it’s not so far from my house he tells me call the store and surprise you haven’t paid.! I use the same card at this Domino’s all the time when I go pick up either drive-through or in-store how is my car declined? All I got was your card was declined. My card never declined never order from this. Domino’s. These people do not know what they’re doing whoever is running it has no clue. I had to run a store. It’s trash it’s garbage and the food is terrible.! Especially the wings! This store get zero stars from me the manager he acts like he’s helpful, but he does nothing to change the atmosphere of this restaurant. It should be closed down. We don’t need it in Spencer.! Not under this ownership.

How can anyone even order from dominos? We are BIG time customers and I’ve HAD it with them. I’m all for businesses thriving but they can’t even make a cheese or pepperoni pizza? I hope they close and it’s a wasted, random space. And the manager is completely condescending and rude. I don’t want “free” pizza for their mistakes, I want them to make my right. My goodness. I just can’t get over it. Although I’m the idiot for continuing to order. Lol TERRIBLE!!!! Will be calling corporate as well.

We frequently order for pick and delivery from this location. Maybe once a week. The staff has always been courteous and the food is always fresh. Abdullah is the delivery driver and he is always so kind to my son.

This is the place to go if you like plain pizza. There’s no toppings allowed there. Oh, they’ll charge you for them but they’re very hard to spot… True Story!

Totally Garbage pizza , I never such kind of lowest quality from domino’s, totally dry pizza just lie eat dry flour, i placed order 4 mid size pizza with braces also and my relatives come home and we wanted make pizza party, when I called this domino shop lady told me why u call after 2 hours, when I asked her I will come tomorrow with this balance pizza and she told me don’t come here and u can report to main office go ahead

Terrible experience! We placed an order, and it wasn’t even started until 45 minutes later. When we called to check, we were put on hold for 15 minutes, then had to call back—only to be met with an annoyed attitude from the staff. Completely unprofessional. Hands down, the worst pizza shop in town!

Not a complaint really, but there s a limit for cash delivery s which I understand why, BUT that shouldn’t include the delivery fee. My order came to 51.50 I think, including the 4.99 fee. I ended up ordering less to get it under 50. Makes me wonder how many others may have ordered less to get the total under50. Just a thought, readjust it to not include the delivery charge in the limit
