I’d review the food but I never got it. Ordered at 11:40; I called 30 minutes later and was told it would be another hour. I called an hour after that and was told someone would deliver it in 20 minutes. I called 20 minutes after that and was told the delivery person would be back soon and then deliver so I cancelled. 2 hours and no pizza and told over and over again the wrong expectations.

I don’t know what’s going on but I ordered 3 hours ago and I’m still waiting. Called 3 times and I can’t get a straight answer. The person barely spoke English and I’m still right now on the line my 4th call and nobody is answering. So after all this time the order wasn’t even in the oven after the manager told me it will take 8 minutes to get it out of the oven and that my order was next to be delivered . What a liar! I canceled the order after 3 ,5 hhrs. Later and 4 phone calls.

Horrible customer service. I asked for BBQ sauce on the pizza & they put tomato. They’ll leave you on hold forever. Thank God by contacting customer service they’ll offer you a free pizza, which I’ll be getting it from Webster or Worcester !

Ordered online, said 35 min before delivery. 45 minutes later app said delivered yet NOTHING called store kid says one driver so be patient he has multiple orders and we should get it soon……SERIOUSLY IT BETTER BE HOT or they can take it back!!!!!! He had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL.
