Terrible. Ordered delivery at 630 by 8 i still don’t have my order so I go to the store. Im told my order hasn’t even been started on. So I cancel and now have to wait damn near a week to get my money back on my card

Every time I order from this location the food is always overcooked nearly inedible. The cheese on the chicken burnt to a crisp. The cheesy bread cold and also overcooked. With a delivery time of over 1 hour to a nearby area. This was the same situation today. Will be placing orders at a different location.

Waited 1 hour after ordering my pizza and it wasn’t even prepped. I was told it would take another 42 minutes. Other customers who had ordered after me we’re receiving their orders. Decided to travel to another Domino’s and received my order after 30 minutes. Thank you Walnut Street location.

My food from this store has been underwhelming lately. The last two times I’ve ordered, the garlic sauce has not been added to the crust of my pizza. It’s a huge bummer because THAT’S THE BEST PART. That’s what makes Dominos superior to any of other pizza spot in my mind. Hope the situation can be rectified soon

Did an online order, paid 17.49 for a thin crust. Had to bring it back it barely had chicken or onions and they forgot to put the Buffalo sauce. Drove home, brought it back and they disagreed with me on the amount of ingredients the pizza had and also missing the Buffalo sauce. I guess arguing with a paying customer is better then to re-make it how it supposed to be made. Right pic old one/left pic new one. There’s the difference

Today at school in class a girl passed out over 20 gift cards & flyers to the kids in school, my son got one. he was so excited he circled the things he wanted to order before I even picked him out, he came running outside so excited . I asked the teacher is this real I have the messages she stated yes the girl handed them out. the girl had said her father manages/works at the dominoes here & decided to give the kids all gift cards on him. my son was so excited when I picked him up instantly I went to order the food for him with it it declined, I called to see the balance it has a zero balance. I called corporate who said they’d let the store know to rectify this situation. I called the store the manager was rude , told me it’s not their fault & their not just going to hand out free food due to a girl passing out their cards she must have taken them all from the front of the store. it’s a little 6 year old girl how would she steal of 20 plus cards & flyers? & if that’s the case it is on the store for not being more aware! I don’t think it’s fair my 7 year old got a dominoes gift card with the card wrapped inside a little card paper envelope that reads “ congrats on being the recipient of this dominoes gift card” the lady was rude & not even a little bit understanding kept saying it’s not their fault & they will not give out free food to my son due to this situation. I’m upset that a store would really handle a situation like this when I told her I don’t mind driving to the store to show her all of this to show I’m not lying . I will never order from here again, the customer service is not okay, my son has communication problems & literally just got out the hospital, this has caused him to have a whole episode & not understand or know how to process this , I will never order from here again.
