Today we ordered some pizzas for a gathering, and some computer system messed up somehow and they lost track of our order (still in the system but not queued properly perhaps?). Someone at the store noticed, called and apologized, put a rush on our order, and gave us a full refund. While it’s frustrating when accidents happen, I appreciate them owning up to it and trying their best to make it right. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

Food is okay. Workers are alright But They need a new system in place or a strict manager on site because its run pretty poorly. I received lava cakes with no powder and “well done” pizza comes out not well done like cmon. This place needs serious help

I ordered here a couple weeks ago despite the terrible reviews and it was good and arrived on time. So, I decided to order again today and the tracker said my order would arrive at 7:20pm. I live 5 minutes from the store. I saw the “quality check” was done at 7:10. I kept checking since my food did not come by the 7:20 time. All of a sudden at 7:45 I get an update that says my food will arrive between 8:25 and 8:38….again I live 5 minutes from the store. I called and was only told “yea we are really busy”. So I anticipate ice cold pizza that sat on a shelf for 45 minutes before being dispatched and will apparently take 40 minutes to go less than 1 miles away from the store. Probably should listen to the reviews.

The few times I have gone there over the past couple years, the workers act like they don’t want to be there and are fairly rude, including today. Food was well prepared today, but last time they made the order wrong.

I’ve gone to this dominos 3 times, and each time something is missing or incorrect 🙁 nothing major but my last order I did the carry out special for a large 2 topping- paid for extra onions and pizza Barry had any onion on it at all. Pizza was still good but I’ve paid over $10 for missing items now

I placed an order for a pasta dish, a cheesy bread, and a chicken pineapple jalapeno. The delivery driver forgot my chicken. Okay that’s fine I’m a very understanding person… I was told he would be back with it in 5 minutes as he forgot it. It has been over a hour now and I’m still waiting for my food, which at this point would be ice cold. Called a second time to be told I can’t be refunded on an item I paid for and never received, and they don’t know when the driver would be back because they have so many orders. The service speaks for itself

I placed an Online order a half hour before closing, which I never do. I’ve worked there before and understand that people just want to go home at close. My order was ready when I got there, it only took about 10 minutes from when I placed the order . The guy at the window was awesome, polite, and professional. So was the other girl who took the payment. No complaints whatsoever, just mad props! Thanks guys. ❤️
