Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews. I’ve ordered from here a couple times the last couple months and everytime has been great! Fast and delicious. Last night’s order was especially good. The pizza was cooked perfectly. Perfect amount of sauce, cheese, toppings and cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly and greeted me with a “Welcome!” and a smile. I started ordering from here because our usual Dominoes closest to us has been lacking lately. Hopefully this place keeps up the great work!

Don’t order from this place if you don’t have time to stop right there to look at your pizza because they will not get your order right. The customer service is lacking when I called to tell them my pizza didn’t have the Philly steak on it their remark was well maybe we are out of Philly steak. I said if so then why didn’t you tell me you were out and possibly offer something different and their remark was I don’t know. Then I was put on hold while they decided what to do. They get back on the phone we will make you another pizza. I said so you want me to come all the way back to the restaurant on your mistake for you to give me another pizza. I said why can’t you mark it down that I can come another day and get it, again put back on hold for the guy to come back and tell me the managers were busy and they would call me back and when I went to say something he hung up. Needless to say I received no phone call so I guess making sure your customers are taken care of is not at the top of their priority. I would give 0 stars if possible! Customer service is a thing of the past now a days!

They will burn your food and don’t even think about calling up there they turn the ringer on the phones off so it doesn’t bug them since they never answer the phone any way. I know for sure that they have the manager out back taking dabs and giving underage kids vapes and weed products. I’ve tried to reach out but they refuse to answer. Do t bother with corporate either they don’t answer calls or emails last time I ever use them

In the last 6 months, EVERY pizza and sandwich I order is made wrong. The habanero sauce isn’t on the sandwich, or the buffalo sauce is missing from the pizza, and the sauce is ranch instead of garlic…. I’m done. I can’t take it anymore. I guess they wanted to lose my business because I’ve tried. I kept thinking maybe it was someone new but IT NEVER STOPPED. I bought pizza at least once a month but this is it. It’s over priced and never made correctly.

And this is what I paid for. I don’t understand the logic behind plating this type of dish for another human. This was not a free meal, it was paid for by a customer, so why should the dish be served like that. That’s beyond disgusting, that’s just being heartless at this point. I drove miles after getting off work hoping to at least eat something after getting home. Imagine my surprise and utter disappointment after opening the chicken alfredo I ordered. What happened to the rest of the meal? I guess we’ll never know.

Has to be the most mediocre dominos I’ve been to. Got a New York style and it looks as thin as paper. Only good thing about this is it was $9, surprised I didn’t get asked to tip. Not only that, the last few times I’ve been here I swear nobody can cut a pizza. It doesn’t affect the taste but when you get it to share it’s annoying.

I’d give this place a -5 stars if I could. Hey Dominos, technology is great when it works right. However, when your delivery driver consistently rolls up time and time again over 2x longer than what your app estimates with pizzas that look like they’ve been sitting in a warming / delivery bag for 45-60 minutes, people like me will eventually vote with their wallet / feet. Plenty of places in Edmond, OK to get a pizza delivered. Oh and not that you care, but why can nobody at the Coltrane store seem to cut a pizza? Seems like a very basic part of the pizza making process. Not nice doin’ business with you.

7/17/2025 – Besides our orders always being great from this location I wanted to leave a review for the service I received yesterday when I had to call and cancel a large 10 pizza order. Unfortunately, the venue we had booked for our kid’s birthday party cancelled on us last minute and left us scrambling. I called and spoke to a lady here who shared empathy to my situation and did not throw a fuss about me having to cancel the order. She had no problem doing it and her customer service was outstanding. I didn’t catch her name, but I just wanted to say Thank you! This Dominos will continue to be our go to spot for pizza.

Second time in a row pizza comes back lacking. Less sauce than other dominos, less cheese and the pizzas are overcooked. Not burnt but the cheese shouldn’t be brown. Glad Pizzahut finally delivers to my house.
