Normally I have no issues, and in fact have a great experience. The last two orders have not been good. This last order had a hole in the middle of the pizza, almost no cheese, almost no garlic seasoning and was just missing a lot of toppings in random spots, including tomato sauce. I hope they turn around and start making food like they used to.

3rd time at this location. First 2 experiences were good. I owe them 2 five star reviews. Last visit was a shock. Pizza cutter guy not into geometry. 3 gigantic slices and the rest were samples for the food court. Toppings were not like the first visits. Eye strain looking for the pepperoni and sausage. Still a great location. Will try try again. As my guy Meatloaf once said, “two outta three ain’t bad”

Ordered a pizza that was half pepperoni and half cheese. When I got there they said they were “fixing” one of my pizzas. This is their idea of fixing it? They accidentally put pepperonis on the entire thing and decided to scrape the pepperonis off, also scraping off the cheese. Who does this? What kind of service is that.. they were super rude when giving us our food too. Horrible service and embarrassing food. Don’t order from east gate.

Your guys’ pizza is top notch for a chain. But this time, I was truly blown away by not the pizza, but the customer service that I received. Brandt, Brant…(spelling?) was phenomenal. I pulled up to the pickup window, placed an order and he was such a nice genuine person which is so rare nowadays. He asked me to pull up again in 15 so he could serve the other customers behind me. Again, great customer service move and very heads up on his part. Not only did the he make sure I was taken care of but he took the time and effort to deliver the pizza to my truck before 15 minutes and before I could pull back up to the window. Domino’s: if you don’t do everything in your power to keep ahold of this gent and position him within the organization where he belongs, you will lose out on a phenomenal employee when another company values the incredible assets that he brings to your customers! Brandt, thank you again for the stellar service and I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors. Thank you for making my day!

Ordered the Garlic Parm wings 10pc . This is what I got. They were tiny, like the frozen ones you by at Walmart by Tyson tiny. My husband ordered a Hawaiian pizza. They failed to say they now have a “new” HP that has bell pepper on it. The service was horrible when we picked it up. Took them forever to find our order because when I called it in the guy didn’t take a name. When my husband took our food back (it takes a lot for me to send wings back ) the guy argued with him. We finally got our money back and will never buy from this location again. I’ll definitely never get wings from Dominos again. To see good wings check out another review I’ve left for Fuddruckers.

I ordered pizza and wings from this location and used the tracker and timed it to getting there just after it said my food was ready. I got to the window and asked to switch out my dipping sauce and was told I could since I couldn’t through the app. I paid for my food and they said it would be just a minute. Ten minutes later they said they forgot to cook dinner the wings and it would be another 10 minutes. I saw them move the pizzas out from under the heat lamps and onto the counter by the window. It took me a minute to realize they were my pizzas getting cold. I got their attention and asked for a refund and they said they would go get a manager. Another 8 minutes later the same employee came and had my wings and said they told him it would take at least 5-7 business days to refund. I said I didn’t care and to process it and he said he’d have to find the manager again. I said never mind and I’d take care of it later and took my food (which one pizza tasted good, one was deep dish and not cooked through and the wings barely had sauce on them).
I contacted their customer service later on and they made contact and stated they would make it right and send coupons to replace the product. That was 3 weeks ago and I never received anything. I guess I’ll have to reach back out…
