Took 1 hour and 30 minutes for my order to arrive! Also I asked for well done and light sauce also garlic crust, I got NONEEE! Terrible service. Terrible. I’m disappointed. I ordered a medium thin crust pizza with extra sauce, brownie and soda. The pizza was dry. The brownie was burnt. The delivery guy was nice. But I still wanted a pizza, so I told the man I want to re order thankfully he did but the same issue remained. I wasted 60 dollars and the pepper shaker was already open.

I did an pizza order for carry out via the app for lunch while I’m at work.. I paid for a Philly cheese pizza with bacon and banana peppers added. When I got to the store no one greeted me. I let them know I was here for a pick up order. When I got back to work there was items missing. There was no bacon or banana peppers added. I got back to work and looked at the pizza there was no green peppers, bacon, and banana peppers. I called the store several times and was put in hold and no one picked up. I was on hold so long the phone hung up. This is ridiculous!!! I’m never ordering from there again.
Update: I went up there the next day and spoke with the manager. I had my receipt and pictures and they remade my pizza. I was told the phones were automated and they don’t get the calls. Smh

I called to place a large order and asked if the store delivered to a specific address. One of the on-duty managers was extremely rude, told me to call back, and said they’d “let me know if they decide” to deliver. He eventually hung up in my face.
When I called back to ask for the GM’s name, another manager by the name of Zack was just as dismissive. He stated the store was under new management but refused to provide the name of anyone over him. When pressed, I was met with silence before being asked if I wanted to order then he hung up on me as well.
This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially from individuals in management positions. I was able to record the call and will be following up with the appropriate parties. Experiences like this are the reason some businesses struggle: poor training, lack of accountability, and no respect for customers.

Was in from out of town placed an order online… called to give the gate code… waited for my food and when it didn’t arrive i called back and the female manager was rude lying telling me that the driver called me 3 times which he did not nor was there a reason to call because i gave the gate code!! She then offered to have my food re delivered after the driver made other deliveries and it would have to be the same food not new fresh food.!! Never again i cancelled the order and ordered from somewhere else

Experience was so Piss Poor. They Burned my 1st order to a Char and blamed it on the Cheeder. Then my Reorder wasn’t even Cut all the way through and the Pizza Handler dropped the Boxes and Cutting equipment on the Floor and cut another person pizza without washing or replacing it. Only thing Cooked correctly was the Brownies. Inept Management and childish employees are running the store. Sad.

I’m sorry, because I dislike leaving negative feedback. But, this is my third visit to any Domino’s. My first visit was good and my second visit, both at different locations, the pizza was AMAZING. This time it ENTIRELY missed the mark. Worse pizza dough and sauce EVER. Not to mention, overcooked and dry. I haven’t had a pizza like this since elementary school. Friendly establishment, but the pizza … Enough said. My 2 stars represents optimism and hope for a better tomorrow.
