We were just passing by and discovered this patisserie. Everything looked gorgeous — the displays and shop windows were absolutely beautiful. I love pastries and had a hard time choosing, so we ordered the cookie shot, DKA. Everything was really delicious.

The only thing I would suggest improving is the coffee. The espresso was extremely bitter, and the cafe latte tasted a bit too light. Overall, though, it was a great experience, and we will definitely be back.

Located right next to Nobu is Dominique Ansel, which amounts to the best dessert option in Caesars Palace outside of Gordon Ramsay’s sticky toffee pudding. Dominique Ansel is known for the cookie shot, which they have proudly on display out front. It’s a walkup and order kinda place so no res needed but there is limited table space so plan around that if you can. We’ve had quite a few things from here in the past, but this time around we had their mini madelines, chocolate chip cookie, and pecan French toast.

All their desserts are served to be creative, beautifully presented, and mostly tasty. From the cookie shot to macaroon to seasonal pastries, their selection has always been not the best thing I’ve tried, but definitely solid. The mini Madelines were delicious, light and fluffy. The pecan French toast was also good, very rich and thick with a balanced feel. What really stood out though was the chocolate chip cookie. It was so smooth and sweet, but not too sweet. Heavy but light with a buttery finish. It was just fantastic. We could have eaten it 10 more times and then asked for a memory wiper to eat it one more time again. It is probably the best cookie we’ve ever had from a bakery, and that’s saying something. If you’re in Caesars definitely stop by this place, especially for that chocolate chip cookie.

Was so excited when I saw one of my favorite NY bakery was also out west. Could he keep the same level of excellence thousands of miles away? Turns out he can. My perfect little egg sandwich was again perfect as it was both light and satiating at the same time. Tried the cookie shot which was so cute and yummy (though it says vanilla milk and I could not taste any vanilla). Also got an iced matcha latte which suprinsingly was to my preferred level of sweetness (for reference I usually add a splenda to my starbucks espresso drinks) and I could taste the quality of the matcha. And as expected, the pastries were all beautiful and creative. As others have said, the place has limited seating so either be aggressive, pretend to play at the adult arcade or bring elsewhere. Service was excellent and overall would recommend visiting if you’re in Las Vegas.

I was attending a conference at Caesar’s and came here to get lunch – their menu looks quite inviting. However this location and others here are just not staffed to handle many people. The lady running the store here couldn’t keep up and basically threw my boxed sandwich at me with no apology for my having to wait over 20 minutes for it. The food looks amazing but the service is not good. There’s also no atmosphere here as it’s just a counter with no tables – just slot machines. Can’t really recommend but maybe your experience will be better than mine. The food was good.

Beautiful presentation and rich flavors overall. The strawberry dessert caught my eye because of how it looked, and it was fun to eat, but I wasn’t a big fan of the filling inside. It had a jam like texture, just much thicker than I expected. The chocolate raspberry soufflé, though, was very good. The chocolate flavor was spot on, and if you like dark chocolate and raspberry, you’ll enjoy it (the cup is edible!) I also ordered an iced mocha latte. It had a really rich chocolate flavor and tasted great on its own, but I wouldn’t recommend pairing it with the desserts since everything together ends up being quite sweet.

We were able to try the Calamansi Curd & Vanilla Ganache Cronut. It was absolutely delicious. The cronut was so filling we were able to share it amongst 2 of us. The staff was very friendly and we did not have to wait in line when we went in the afternoon.

Over the past 2-3 years, I visited this location twice. I know it’s Las Vegas but wow, the prices are just insane. Each pastry/dessert cost average $15. Are they good? Yes! But are they $15 each good? No! Is it worth trying once? Yes.

I got the seasonal beet salad. I liked the ingredients and flavors, it had a bit too much dressing, and it was pretty damn small for $18. Meh, you’re better off getting a salad from Ramsey Pub and Grill or Amalfi (both right next door), or just head into the Forum Shops for a salad from True Food – that place is FIRE.

I absolutely love their chocolate chip cookie! While they’re renowned for their cronut and DKA, the chocolate chip cookie stands out as my personal favorite. You can’t go wrong with any of their cakes or pastries; they’re all quite delicious. However, their latte was nothing extraordinary.

One of the best pastry shops in Las Vegas, located in the Paris Hotel, provides a variety of sandwiches , treats and crepes. The treats are well-presented with a Parisian feel. I will definitely go back to try more, especially the yummy pecan slice.
