Very clean location, spacious and the music is at the right volume!

Lets get on with the food, tried the 3 golpe, amazing! Nice and moist at the spot, eggs and everything else were made when ordered instead of just sitting there thats a plus!
Lemonade tastes like actual lemonade instead of processed powdered or canned like other places.
Definitely adding the place as one of my stops when i come around the area.
To end the morning out i had a coffee and even that was great to those that know it was better than my usual new york deli coffee…

Great job keep it up

I travel All over Jersey to find good Dominican Food , And I must say this is by far the Biggest and best Traditional Dominican Fast food there is in NJ. With over 40 Varieties of food fresh to pick from, you can never get bored. I come here every week with my family and they never disappoint us. There very fast because the place is always full, and there prices are cheap. They load you up with food. One of my Favorite sandwiches they make is the Cuban sandwich they fill it up with Roasted pork. so Delicious! I can eat here every day.

I ordered baked pork ribs, but the meat was all dried out and very salty. Not traditional ribs. Only a few of the little ribs were even edible. The others were as hard as rocks. I wasted about 2/3 of the dinner. You had better love onions if you order from here! Major onion flavor in all dishes. The salad was loaded with so many onions- it was too much and the dressing was very strong. I ordered a baked potato, but got very well done potato wedges- not what I wanted. I ate some of the food, but it did not sit well with me at all. No hard feelings, but this will be the last order.

Food is good, hit or miss on what’s in the trays volume wise. The ladies English is so so, hard to communicate sometimes. Also there should be a line so that it’s orderly. People just stroll in like they own the pace (the regulars I guess) and cut in front of people. They need a better ordering system. Also there’s no posted prices, but the prices were reasonable.

Trashhhhh, the 3 golpes was watered down, the pernil sandwich had no pernil (pork sandwich) and the pernil irlt did have tasted dry and old.. the Cuban sandwich had more ham than anything.. if I could give it 0 stars I would.. Waste of food and money smh They should be embarrassed.. Worst dominican restaurant by far.. ya suck..

An insatiable pernil craving brought me here. I walked in 30 mins before closing, and was hoping they would still have some pernil and guineos (boiled green bananas). The pernil was well season and perfectly roasted. I ordered a small pernil and small maduros (because they had no guineos). Food was still warm as well. The ladies behind were kind and to the point. The place was still full even close to closing time. Overall good food, plenty of options, and I saw no creative liberties on authentic Dominican dishes.

After taxes and fees, it was $10. I think it was reasonably priced and excellent portion. See the attached pictures to make your own opinion.

Social media deceived me with the food here. I ordered papa rellena for the appetizer and pernil with arroz con gandules. I waited for the next batch of pernil to come out bc the one they had looked like it’s been sitting there for a while. My husband ordered ox tail which they said to wait bc it was in the back. Don’t come here if you like your food to be MICROWAVED in front of you!!! The pernil was dry and bland. The oxtail was half hot and half cold. They brought me my appetizer when I was about to leave and it was cold and unflavorable. There was no “Dominican Power” here.

I haven’t been here in a few months. The food is usually really good and have no complaints. The problem i have is they raised the price of beef stew from around $11.50 to $17.06 in 2 months that i haven’t been there and yes i even asked 2 times if thay was a mistake ‍♂️…..last time ill be here unfortunately as thats extremely overpriced

The last time I was at this restaurant was four years ago different owners different staff. They were horrible.,
I decided to go back today for some reason and then I saw that was all new staff. It’s definitely a new cook. Definitely a new cook. The staff is wonderful. The food was really good. I actually ate it this time. I was able to eat it the last time I was there everything went in the garbage and it was four years ago.
The food is really good. It has improved 100% the girls the staff excellent so sweet oh my God.
Hard workers very polite very attended
I’m so glad that the owners from four years ago sold the business to these people. The place is really run by people that know how to cook. Add the flavors the food and sell edible food. This was really good. I enjoyed this. I am so happy.

You know there are other spots to sell Dominican foods in Bayonne and it’s all the same flavor same boring stuff they lack flavor. The only thing that’s keeping the other places alive is because they’re very popular. That’s the only reason they’re still in business.
But I can tell you, Dominican power is foremost, the best of my liking in this town when it comes to Dominican food
And I love the staff staff is excellent
I was a chef over 30 years in a lot of great restaurants in New York and New Jersey. I did offsite on-site catering for famous people and I feel I give fair ratings to people. It goes accordingly to how much I spend and also what do I expect for my money if I’m spending $30 like I did I’m not expecting five star Michelin quality food I mean when you go to McDonald’s you don’t expect to have the finest dining
But for a place like this that sells Dominican food not fancy not high priced
You get what you pay for and you can actually enjoy it

The food here can be really good at times but the service is absolutely awful. Multiple times I’ve ordered and my order has been incorrect. Today was the last straw, I placed a pick up order on seamless and I went and waited 25 minutes in person. They told me they didn’t receive anything and continue to ignore me. I had already paid so I had to call seamless to get my money back. They need to work on their customer service and realize when they’re losing good business. I would upload pictures of the food but I never received it.
